Casa Nicki is well situated. Set back in a residential position, but within walking distance of all the facilities of Puerto del Carmens Old Town and the main Avenida. Near the Biosfera Shopping Complex. Within walking distance of a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Only a 10-minute stroll to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of local restaurants and the golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby.

Casa Nicki - a large & spacious Villa -very well furnished throughout. The imposing entrance hallway has natural ceiling light and leads to all the rooms. The hallway recently has an addition of a Pool Table and Playstation

The spacious living room has high ceilings with wooden beams, and an unusual Piedra Rock feature.

Comfortable seating and double patio doors opening onto a covered patio & pool area.

2 Double Rooms - 2 Twin Rooms

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.

There is a further bedroom with a double bed

Plus two bedrooms with twin beds. These share a large full bathroom, and a shower. Plus another seperate shower room.

Casa Nicki - has a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area - plus an utility area - with Washing Machine

A pay phone has been installed for the convenience of guests

The secluded gardens of Villa Nicki are large and offer varied covered and open seating areas.

The grounds are large enough for friends and family members sharing to always find a space to chill out !

The swimming pool is heated ( 6.5m x3.5m ) 1.5m min depth and 2.0m max depth

There is also an adjacent separate child’s pool.

For alfresco entertaining - there is an exterior kitchen area & built in barbecue.

Sun beds and an outdoor shower.

There are extensive, mature sub tropical gardens surrounding the villa, they are beautifully lit at night.

The Villa is prepared for your arrival - Towels & Bed Linen are changed weekly

Walking distance – to the Main Promenade, or to the Old Town & Old Fishing Harbour - also walking distance to:-Banks & Cash Points, Police station, Clinic, Post Office, Hair Salons & Nail & Beauty Clinics & Chemists - Taxi Rank & Bus Stops & Booking Office for Coach Trips. There is a choice of well stocked supermarkets nearby– Also the clean Blue Flag Beaches. Discover some of the small coved beaches, or the main beach, with its attractive promenade and endless selection of shops,cafes, bars, restaurants, a lively nightlife and superb water sports – Scuba Diving –Wind Surfing – Surf Boarding – Pedalos – Jet skiing – Water skiing – Deep Water Fishing & More!
