Camp Downloads
A CD with all the necessary forms will be given out at the Sunday School Convention. Please follow the directions included with the CD. If you are unable to locate your CD, the files will be available for download at the same time the CDs are distributed.
If you wish to request a hardship scholarship, please download & use the following form:

NOTE: Submission of a scholarship application does not guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded. The amount of money available is limited, and we suggest that you first see if your church will help raise the money before requesting a scholarship. The Camp Directors will decide, based on need and the amount of scholarship money available, who shall receive a scholarship (and in what amount). The Camp Director's decision shall be final.
