WE WANT YOU! (To work for Peace!) A committee is being formed to run workshops to help youth establish a Conscientious Objector file. If you are of high school/college age and would like help with this, let us know.

 

ADOPT-A-HIGH SCHOOL:  A flyer has been created to hand out at your district's high schools addressed to parents and students advising them of their right to opt out of handing their personal information over to the military. There is also information for students regarding the ASVAB test, the military entrance exam, which is given in many Long Island high schools. If you would like to leaflet at your high school, call 631-875-8647 or email spncr@active.ws for a copy of the flyer. Bulk copies will be distributed if needed.
