君がいるから - 菅原 さゆり

So it's been almost six years since I've written anything down. Since my last post, I've lost my virginity, traveled to Asia, worked at three companies, went to college, got a girflriend, made new friends, kept touch with old ones, gone to a rave, crashed a motorcycle, learned how to shoot guns, and betrayed a friend. It's scary how time passes so quickly, and seems like it wasn't too long ago when Jackie was helping me build this website. Now it's my last semester at USC, and after graduation I'm gonna be a real grownup, fending for myself in society. I went into college thinking I wanted to be a business man, with no clue as to what kind. Would I be in sales? Marketing? Operations? Management? Turns out I'd be none of these.

As a Financial Valuation concentration major, I'm was on track to becoming an investment banker. Kumo, Chantan, and Chiu all made it to the big leagues. Jeff is currently living in Brazil for two months before heading to New York to train for Moelis & Co. LA. Chanthasiriphan, the smooth talker with an easy smile is now president of AKPsi @ UCLA, and is going to start working at Deutche Bank in SF with Chanel. Kevin Chiu...all I know is that he basically runs the Chinese club at Yale, and is gonna be working at Citibank after graduation. Funny how Whitney seems to churn out a bunch of iBankers. I on the other hand, lost focus in college, and didn't do the best that I could have, which is hurting my job hunt right now.

Ideally, I want to work for the government. I believe that the skillset I'd gain at that job, and the contributions that I would make to society would be more meaningful than to just make boatloads of money. I have always thought myself as a patriot of this country, ironically, inspired by Metal Gear Solid, which wasn't even made in America. I've come to love my country, and what it stands for. I was born into a country that grants its citizens the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Freedom to love, freedom to choose, freedom from fear and tyranny. I'd be proud to work to protect my nation and its people. Maybe also because it's what I dreamed I'd be doing as a kid.

I guess my greatest fear of the future is unsatisfied with what I do on a day to day basis. Working is great and all, but time is the most valuable asset that a person has. Working at a firm to further its profit and gains

If I Ain't Got You - Alicia Keys

I was too emotionally distraught to post yesterday, but here I am! So Everything is OK!! :D

Yea, woke up, yadda yadda. @ around 10 Kumo came over to my house. Played a little SC II before we went to Little Tokyo. Before we left though, I forgot to get the address to the Japanese American National Mueseum, so I went back inside for 5 min while Kumo and Mom waited in the garage (more on that later*).

Well, since we hadn't talked the whole week, me and Kumo had a little catching up talk on the way to Sho Tokyo. Trafiku ga arimasu kara, haha wa speedo o dashita. (Cuz there was traffic, mommy was speeding). That was prolly wrong but oh well. :) We got there around 11:45. Spent like 30 minutes walking around to find food cuz i was hungry. Had some mad craving for tempura since yesterday. But anyway, we found what we were looking for and chowed down. After that, we walked around a little more, and found a sale where it was 4 shirts for 10 bux. Looks like this

:) Thanks to Alicia Keys for making me feel better haha. During those 5 hours I thought about a lot of things, like what I wanted to do when I grew up, if school was really worth it, and whether life was really worth living. Ha, hate to admit it, but i actually considered suicide. But thinking about my friends and that one girl got me back on track. Thanks to all that have been by my side. I'm grateful I have all of you as my buddies :D

Well today KC might take me to watch Punisher /w his cousin. I actually had a dream about punisher yesterday haha. He's one scary pimp T_T. So, kendo people, do we have a date on saturday for Huntington or what? :) hit me up and let me know, yea?

Breath In Breath Out - Timbaland

Woke up today @ around 8:30, and "cooked" myself a TV breakfast, cuz mom and sister ditched me to go to Monterey Park. Talked to Jeff and Andy a little bit, and then Sean called and asked if I wanted to session @ his house. Needless to say, I went. :D

We started off by watching some poppin clips. Damn, some people out there are REALLLY good. Salah and Stiga are my favorites. But anyway, Sean taught me how to tut a lil bit, and then we both busted. Well, not really cuz he was the one bustin, and I was mainly watching him. But I learned a lot today, like keep your wrists straight when you hit and be original. :) Afterward we started to draw. He's into that crzy Old School graffiti cartoon kinda stuff, and I just worked on proportions again haha. Not too long after, Jennifer called and told Sean to meet her @ Taco Bell. We both went, and they ate burritos whiile I drank Choco Shake! yummmm my favorite flavor now :D

Sean bought Jennifer some ice cream @ Rite Aid and I took a packet of HUGE Pooh playing cards! I showed them some magic, but the cards were so fricken huge that i couldn't pull off a lot of the sleights -_-;; haha. But anyway we spent like 2hours playing old school card games! Pisoy, BS, and Slapjack...haha fun times.

Tired from my pretty chill day. I'm out, later~

Song from 50 First Dates - Beach Boys

Had so much fun talking to Andy yesterday that I slept @ like 2. :) Well waking up @ 6:30 was like O_O. My body got used to sleeping in again. Woke up, and got ready for KC to come over. At around 7:15 he did come, and turns out, instead of chilling @ my house until 12:00, we were going straight to Yamasaki's house I had to put back the "TV Breakfasts" in the fridge and get ready to go -_-;; Haha, it was coo though

KC's Dad dropped us off at Borders, near CTC (Cerritos Town Center) and then we walked to starbucks, cuz it was 7:30 and we figured we didn't wanna bother Ryan this early. Sooooo I told the black lady that we wanted 2 caramel frappacinos, and then she went off to make them. Like 2 min later, her coworker goes, "Hi, have you been helped yet?" I go "Yea, we have". I assumed she meant if the black girl asked for our orders yet. Then the black girl said the two Caramel Fraps were ready, and me / KC took em and walked out. It was pretty hard to keep a straight face :D

Well, after that, we got to Ryan's house and rung the doorbell. No one answered, but after a while, his dad opens the door, suprised that we were there. Kevin thought Ryan had told him to get there early, but Ryan apparently had no clue we were coming @ 8. Bleh. We felt bad for waking everyone up. At around 10 we went back to TC, and then @ 12, we went to the HYPERION WATER TREATMENT PLANT in Santa Monica. That place was HUGE, and looked so tight from the outside. At first we thought it was a place where they took tap water and purified it to make bottled water. Turns out that they were actually taking the sewage from various cities, cleaning it up, then dumping it back into the ocean. ewwww... lol~

From like 1-4 we were there, when we came back, Ryan's mom dropped me / KC off @ teh Cerritos Mall. We walked around like mad, and didn't see any pretty girls, but saw some people I knew. Let's name a few...Paul Kim, Hanna Lee, Zachary Goodwin, Rohit, Bernadine Sia, Alexandra Huelett (sp?), Olivia, Jinwoo, and Angela. I suspect Kevin was bored to death... ^^;; Oh well. Found out he likes Hurley Clothes, skater shoes, and Pac Sun.

Pretty much wasted the day, but at least I was out of the house. Maybe kendo people will go to huntington for bonfire this saturday. Hamamura, Jeff, and Julian, you guys better be there!...hopefully tom will want to go to the outlet on like sunday or something.

Track 08 - mFLO

Woke up today @ maybe 10? Not sure. My clock was pulled. But started the day off with 60 situps, but laid off on the pushups, cuz having pecs is affecting my chest pops. Looks kinda weird now, so maybe i'll wait till they're a little smaller ^_^

Today spent most of my afternoon lounging in the computer room. Surfed xangas today. Find myself doing that more often now. It's actually pretty cool. I came across some funny ass entries I found offa Yumi's HUGEEEE list. Anri has the funniest entries. Read the one where she's talking about her job. She cusses sooo much but still manages to be cute.

Well, At around 2:45 the driving instructor came to pick me up. I ran stop signs. almost ran over a kid on a bike, tailgated, and had sucky acceleration / braking. You know, the normal first day driving stuff :) I drove to like 6 cities: La Palma, Buena Park, Cerritos, Artesia, Garden Grove, Cypress. It was pretty scary, but fun.

When I came back, I ate dinner then went to kendo. It's getting pretty hot there! haha. Yuli was looking pretty as usual, and Jeff was there, as always (that slick bastard), and Hamamura was late, again (cool guys always arrive fashionably late). :) But anyway, practice was pretty cool. I learned today how to put pressure on the guy by having really queer small movements, and if you seme close enough, they'll open up their do. My parents had Dance classes so I didn't get picked up till about 9:55. While I waited, I chilled with Jeff Chang, Shingo Amano, Andy Hamamura, Esther Cho, and Mina Julian was busy doing iaido, so we just sat there for a while watching that silly goose. Later, Jeff had to leave, so me and Andy bothered Esther and Mina. Esther made me give her a piggy back ride, and kept telling me and Andy to chill with them. We just kept running away :) Oh yea, and we teased Shingo about that girl that said "I miss you Andrew" man....what have you been doin bro? shoooot. lol!

Well, after I came home, I went online, and Sean asked if i wanted to go to his house to session for a little bit. My parents didnt' let me cuz it was like 11:00. I was pretty bummed about that, but Jeff invited me to "Kendo People 2" chatroom, where there were a GRIP of kendo people!! I think i scared away like 10 of em though. Maybe we're gonna go have a bonfire on Sat. @ Huntington!! That sounds fun :D I got a grip of SN's, like Andy's, Julian's, Shibata's, Yuli's, Yumi's, Hideki's, and Grace's Don't worry. I'll only IM you guys 300 times for the next 6 months because i have nothinb better to do. ^^;; After everyone left, it was only me and Andy left, so we started talking till like 1:40. We talked about a grip of things. He's super cool! I didn't know kendo people were this cool, cuz they were all mean in the beginning :) Well, KC is coming over tommorow cuz we have to go visit the Water Treatment plant thing for our Chem class. Hey who knows. We might meet a pretty girl the

Time Limit - Utada Hikaru

Washed Mommy's car today! Now its a sparkly shiny grey. grey. grey. -_-;; haha!
This is how I wash teh car, bebe:

1) Rinse the car off (It's a must! Removes loose dirt! :D)
2) Find a bucket, put some soap, and mix with heavy jet of water, so its bubbly
3) Find a sponges and then start scrubbing the car (gotta work fast, the sun'll dry up the soap if you take too long)
4) Once you got all sides done, get the hose and wash it off again
5) Before you wash it the second time, clean the tires, and wash the TOP (I usually forget this part :) )
6) Then finish up with washing / rinsing the car the second time. Should look like new.
7) Clean up your mess
8) Optional: If you feel like it, you can vaccuum the inside, and wipe off all the accumulated dirt.

Later on today we might have a family BBQ. At MY house!!!! We've never had one of those at my house before haha. I guess I'll entertain the kids. (Smash Bros. / SC II) And....dance whenever i have the time.

I'll update later when the day is over

Love Bug - mFLO ft. BoA

Today was kickbackkkkk. :)

Woke up @ about 8:45, cuz mom was yelling. She doesn’t realize I don’t watch Saturday cartoons anymore :D But anyhoo, once I woke up, straight to the daily routine. 60 sit ups, 30 pushups. Gotta get buff! This time though I listened to Yeah - Usher ft. Ludacris / Little Jon (John?). Quick shower (10 min.), then tried to session, but wasn’t bored enough. Practiced my new coin vanish for a while, but got bored, so I played MGS : TTS for like 30 min.

Updated my “xanga”, and then read some others. Dang, some people in our class are drama queens. They need to learn how to back out ASAP and chill. Unless they’re girls. Girls need drama :) Too bad I’m not talking about the girls.

On a lighter note, Sean came over to our cul-de-sac again. I went to visit, and we just chilled. Haha. We didn’t know when Sunny was gonna go home, so we ended up goin nowhere. Played Bball, and Hackeysack (with a bball). Dang Sean is skilllled with his foots. He could bounce a ball 100+ with his feet before it hits the ground. We ended up sessioning, because we had nothing left to do. I can’t bust when people are watching. When I’m alone, its aiite, but when eyes are on me, I lose everything. I guess I need more practice ^_^ Chris didn’t do much, he was tired, and Sean busted some, and I did some stuff. Gotta work on my strobe, hits, and glides.

Close to 4/5 Tom came over, and we went out to eat dinner @ Yummy Boba, then went to PCN @ like 7:00. It was okay, and people always make it seem like its really really good. The little skit they had was like a Filipino drama! Cute! :) The modern dance was aiite, cuz some of the kids were noobish, and were outta synch, but the cultural stuff was boring. I guess the girls had fun because some of the guys had to wear those Filipino thongs. Me / Tom were outta luck. We didn’t wanna see butts T_T

I got home @ like 10:30, and watched the Blinky vs. AK clip again, learned some new stuff. Then came back to check on my “xanga”, and somehow people found it. O.o haha. Thanks to those that left a comment. I’ll be sure to leave you one too

Well, tomorrow is Sunday. Might go to BBQ @ grandmas house…or stay home and study for school. Which one should I choose? :D

Burn - Usher

YoooOOoOo :)

I set my alarm clock to 7:15, but woke up @ 10:15. I?m such a lazy bum -_-;; haha. Well, the next thing I did was turn on the suteri-o (gotta read that fast) and then turned on the Octopussy Remix ? Chemistry ft. Lisa, while I did 60 situps and 30 pushups, respectively, for someone. Well, then I took a quick shower, and in the middle, I remembered reading somewhere that washing once won?t really take off all the dirty stuff off your body, so I did it 3x. Needless to say, I smelled like a girl when I got out of the shower. Which, is not a bad thing, cuz I felt clean, and I smelled like chemical fragrance ^^;;

Next came the ordeal of cleaning up my room. There were clothes on my bed, clothes under my bed, clothes on the ground, cloths on the floor, clothes in the closet, clothes everywhere! I must have gone through the Chemistry CD 2x before I finished picking up, ironing, washing, drying, and hanging the clothes. When I finished, it was about lunchtime, where I ate mommy?s ?Restaurant-Worthy? Chow Mein. She said the secret was adding a little vinegar, but?.give me the choice, and I?d walk somewhere else to eat ^_^.

After lunch, I finished cleaning up my room, which took about another 2 hours. The thing is, I usually don?t clean my room for like 6 months, so when I do make up my mind to do it, I usually take half the day to get it done. Hey don?t laugh at me! It?s a work in progress :D

I got bored, so I went to the garage and started sessioning. Before I knew it, my neighbor Chris came out and started to play basketball, and not long after, Sunny came along, as well as Sean and Jennifer. We just chilled at Chris? house for like 2 hours. Sunny arm-wrestled Chris, where they tied, and I arm-wrestled Chris. The only reason why I won was cuz he gave up. If he had kept on going, he woulda had me. Then we watched Sunny be a ?pro baseball player? We laughed cuz he kept on missing. That white boy has no hand-eye coordination. I eventually had to go back inside to eat dinner, then went to kendo.

Dang practice was harrrd today. It was hot and everything. You even tell Yuli was getting tired, cuz in the middle of warm-ups, her voice started to lose its loudness. Practice was hard to the point where I could hardly keep kamae. Bleh. Fumikomi is hard to keep when you?re tired, and even harder when you don?t know what you?re doin. I was hoping she would come today, but she didn?t. But that?s okay, I could always put my Master Plan into action later. Just hope she comes to more practices. Well anyhooo, after keiko, and extra keiko practice, me, Jeff, Julian, Andy, and Shingo played 3 vs. 2 bball. I suck, so it?s a given that our team lost ^^;; After I got home, I mixed calpis concentrate with Sierra mist, and now while I?m typing, I?m getting cramps. I think i made some poison cuz it was bubbling like madd :D

Aiite, i?mma go sleep. Tom is coming tommorw!!! We?ll prolly session, and go PCN together.

Grindin' (Remix) - Clipse ft. Nore

Today was pretty suprising for another uneventful day from school. Well, to recap the day, this is what happened :D

Euro - Stumbled into the room drowsy, as usual, and found KC the same way ^_~. Well, we watched the perverted Englishman TV Show we all know as Blackadder, or the guy that plays Mr. Bean. Some pretty bad jokes, Baldrick reminded me of Kumo.
Math - During the passing period, I followed KC to Brice's room, where he was holding a piece of paper with spanish and squigglies at the bottom. Hidden among the squigglies were several names of actors like Johnny Depp, and Orlando Bloom. I opened my mouth and made fun of Kathleen, but Kevin remeinded me that I had the same thing goin on. Needless to say, that shut me up. And in the middle of precalc, while Cheif and Kumo were graphing away madly on their graphing calculators, I was formulating a "battle plan" of sorts vs. KC. haha.
English - Nothing much, just handed in hw, then read my book. Got to page 91 ^_~.
Chem - At the beginning of class we had this hot pink demo, where this queer substance turned NH4OH (Ammonium Hydroxide) a queer pink color. We learned how to apply the La Charlie principle to determine how the system would relieve the stress. Pretty queer, made my brain hurt. ^_^
Japanese - Oyama Sensei wasn't here today T_T. We had some old lady, and she made us watch a Japanese movie called Adrenaline Drive. Some dumbasses blow up a Yakuza den and a guy escapes with 250 million yen ($2.5 mil) with a nurse. Basically, its them running away from the Yakuza. It was hilarious, cuz the couple was so cute.
Free Period - KC almost missed his bus again -_-;;. I had to remind him, and for a moment we thought they left without him again. Luckily, they weren't scheduled to leave until 10 minutes later.
Tennis - Dan (our coach) had us challenge for singles positions today. I didn't qualify till like 3:30 haha. I sux :)

Well anyway, KC was at Gahr, so i didn't know who to kick it with until 4:30. Wanderered the halls till I found Jeff Khau and the "cool kids" group ^_^. What bothered me though was Jeff Khau's attitude, cuz he strikes me as a poser, or someone trying too hard to fit in. I remember in Carmenita he was aiite, but these past 2 years, Jeff changed. Iono, I dont' like the way he bags on some people. I felt like i didnt' belong, so i left and wandered around the school again, where I found Emily, Elaine and Tiffany. Those girls are sweet ^^;;. We eventually did the "hokey pockey" until their ride came, LOL. I felt kinda dumb, but I'll play with them again next time, for sure.
Tommorow is the start of spring break, and I have a WHOLE WEEK OFF TO MYSeLFFF!! :D Time to session like mad, while I can, and maybe get to know Sean / Chris better. I'll try to get Tom to come over too. ^_~

HAVE A NICE SPRING BREAK AND RELAX!!!!

You and I Both - Jason Mraz
Oh wow~ Janice is super cool. She has introduced me to a someone she likes to call Jason Mraz. That country boi can singg. ^^;; And with comps around the corner, All I can say is...Good luck. Tommorow, the people that made the 2nd cut for varsity will be posted up. I really hope I make it >_<;;
And this thing about Euro. People work soooo hard, and then the teacher sends out an email to everyone with stats that show that NO ONE CAN GET AN A. I mean, wdf? What kind of evil chinese are you? T_T. What kind of student can get a 100% on the final, especially when the material spans 150 pages of material. Sure, everyone will try their best to get that 100%, but who the hell do you think will realistically reach that goal.
I learned last year, that valentines dance is reallll lonely when you're playing by yourself in the middle of the dance floor. Thing is, who should I ask? So far, I've asked Janice, Kevin Chiu, and Kacy. Kevin Chiu and Kacy both told me to ask Janice, and Janice suggested that i ask Joanne Yi. Then Kacy made an off-hand comment about asking Crystal Kim. If that were the case, I guess I'll go for Joann Song. Heck Yea! That would be interesting. Personally, I don't know who'd I'd ask.
I've set a goal. I want to be able to dunk. Kevin Chiu, Rahul Deedwania don't think I can, and I'm going to prove them wrong. I'm going to start drinking milk and start plyometrics. I'm going to own that pole one day.
Now back to Euro. I'm going to own this test.

Tuesday, January 20, 2004
I was right. This month is a bitch. Chemistry presentation is due tommorow and the DV cam won't record the audio. Tommorow is the AP Euro test, which I'm not ready for, and probably won't be able to study for until maybe 10. Next week is comps. Now on the bright side, I have things going for me too. For example, Winter Formal. Man, that was fun. The place was really bad, but overall I had a good time. "Serendipity" was held @ the Santa Ana Science Discovery Center, which, first of all, was oriented toward kids. Next, not only was the dance floor small, but it got really hot in there, and for a part of the night, pretty funny smelling *armpit*. At the beginning me, Kacy, Janice, and Julie just chilled. Walking around, playing with the displays, eating ice cream. Toward the end of the dance, like the last 30 min, everyone got on the dance floor and let loose. They played a Billie Jean remix of Milkshake, which I thought was pretty interesting >_<;;
What made the dance worthwhile, however, was one slow dance. Yup. One slow dance with Julie. I was glad that I came to formal, glad that Kacy dragged me over there to ask her. That reminded me of how fun it was to hold a girl close for a few moments. I'd say that was the most fun I'd ever had at a dance.
Varsity Tennis Tryouts were also taking place lately. Out of 16 people, I made the first cut. Part of the top 8 of the 16 positions. YESS !!~ :D I hope I don't get cut in this next round. Today I did reasonably well. Out of 3 tiebreakers I won 2, but I'm still behind Kevin Chiu. Hope we'll make it XD. We'll have to be one of the top four of the current 8. If all goes well, tonight i'll finish the Chem movie, and still have time to study Euro in-depth.

This whole month, I think, is going to be challenging. Later this week, I have an AP Euro test. Tommorow is a chemistry quiz, and the next Chemistry CPR checkpoint is on Friday. Well, today, Kacy and Jeff Kuo came over to film a lot of our chemistry video, using a digicam thanks to my Xiao Jo Jo (you rock!). It was hilarious. Lets just say we had to do some gay things that will hopefully get some laughs. ^^;; Afterward, after Ryan came over, we went to get some dinner, then went to play CS @ PC Tech. And, for once, Jeff was actually tied with me. But that's k. We came home then watched Gangs of New York. Kacy left first, then Ryan, while Jeff slept over. They're coming back tommorow. This is going to be interesting.

Thursday, January 8th, 2004
There were both highs and downs of my day today. Well, to start it off, I got 2 participation points in Euro. In math, we learned how to graph using polar coordinates. The patterns are pretty, but getting the values is soo much of a hassle. Try graphing r^2=16cos2x... woOOOOO ~ thats a rush. Today in English, I was completely owned by Mr. Smilde. He asked me, "When you see a beautiful girl walk down the hall, what would you do?" When I said, "I don't know." He started talking about natural instinct, about how he used to watch how cows had sex when he was a child. Did he expect me to say "I'd stop her, rip off her clothes, push her on the ground, and commence mating"? I think not...that would be a total breach of moral code. To say the least, that has inspired me to actually do well in that class. The rest of the day was pretty much normal. When I got back home, it was pretty late, around 6:30 or so. We went to eat @ Shi Men Ding (Yummy Boba). that was fun, but then after that, i just came home, and started working on the Chemistry Outline that is due tommorow. In fact, I haven't slept at all, and it's 5:04 AM right now. Well, my day had a good start ~ Babe said bye to me before she went to a field trip. That silly girl ^_~

Wednesday, January 7th, 2004
Today was Homecoming Assembly. It was incredibly lame. lol, not to bang on the people doing the performance, but the voices made me cringe. Maybe they shoulda done a dance instead. And the princesses....2 out of them were okay looking. The rest were...pretty bad. Otherwise, today was a pretty regular day. AP Euro held a discussion, in math Breik had no idea what she was doing, I fell asleep in English, During chem I actually understood something, and in Japanese I had fun. Today my aunt picked me up from school, and then brought me over to her house. There, I just Battousai'd my homework, finishing it before 6. Then, I helped my little cousin Evelyn get some points for her Neopets account. That game is ungodly easy. Hope tommorow is as fun as today ^^;;

Mom left for Taiwan today, and Jackie didn't come to school. T_T;; That silly girl ~ Right now I should be doing my CPR project, but I came home at 10:30 today. Right after school we went to Chuck's house to film a large part of our Project Based Learning movie, and i guess it went well. But when I came back, I realized I still had Chemistry Over Winter Break to finish. Also, I just remembered that I had a...76 on the Math final.
bummer.
I guess I'll just have to start working hard. Now it's time to go back to Chem ! ~ Have a nice day everyone.

Monday, January 5th, 2003
I woke up today @ 5:49 by the alarm buzzer. Wow, I haven't heard that ring in a while -_-;;. But anyway, getting ready for school went fine...until i realized that I was missing one of my PE shoes. Silly me :D
AP Euro was boring, as usual, and for math, we had a substitute, so me and Kevin Chiu just kept on blabbering away. During English, I got yelled @ again by Mr. Smilde for talking during homeroom again, and then during Chem Mr. Bender was talking about Electronegativity or something. Japanese, suprisingly, wasn't that interesting. Usually that's my favorite class of the day, because Oyama-sensei is sooo cool ^^;;
Today, I was hoping to go kendo, but I remembered I made a date with Kacy @ 19:00 to finish the script for our chem project. Now I just have to finish hw...

Sunday, January 4th, 2004
My grandfather died @ 12:54 AM today in Taiwan. It's weird, I felt him die in one of my dreams, and I started to cry... Interesting. Tommorow school starts again, however, this time, I'm not ready for it. AP Euro tests, piled with 3 projects...sophomore year is really challenging. Lets make a little list of what I still have left to do
AP Euro
Test. Study. Read a chapter everyday, and when that's done, review the material again with notes
Chemistry
Chemistry on Winter Break Design the pages, print them out, paste.
Big Project Write out the outline, ask Xiao JoJo for Digicam, research, write script, film, edit, compile for presentation.
Action Film Film @ Chucks house, then try to finish the last part.

My parents are leaving tonight to fly to Taiwan for the funeral planning, I guess. Eventually Jackie and I will have to go as well. Hopefully during our absence there will be no major tests ^^;; If Valerie's mom decides to go back, she might have to come live with us, or we might have to go live with them. Sounds like I'm going to have to work to make this year a good one. Good luck to us all ~
