now and then, I will be posting questions asked by visitors about my
work. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I will
answer them as best as I can as fast as I can.
What imaging program do you use? Currently, I am using Paint Shop Pro 9. A trial version may be downloaded here.
How long do you spend on sigs?
Depending on the subject (both the thematically and visually) I may spend from as little as 45 minutes to as long as 6 hours.
Why are most of your signatures from some show, Firefly?
Firefly is a show created by Joss Whedon, who also created shows such
as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and it's spinoff, Angel the
Television Series. As a huge Whedonverse fan, Firefly is possibly his
best project to date. Set 500 years into future, it is widely known as
a "Space-Western" but its themes and issues are as current as today.

Coincidently, due to it's huge cult following, Universal Studios and
Joss Whedon had signed on to create a movie based on the series. The
movie is named Serenity
and will be release in Australia on September 29, 2005 (This date has
been pushed forward, again due to fan support, from November. Now,
incidently, we may view the movie one day before its release in the US.

Where can I request a sig/wallpaper be made for me?
Due to circumstances beyond my control, the Signature Request Form is
currently down for maintenance. However, if you would like to make a
request, you may email me the following:
Subject (i.e actor, actress, TV show, band, singer, etc.)
Quotes (If any. This may include your screen name/username.)
Images
(links to the neccessary pages are prefered. For security reasons,
please do not send in attachments as they will be deleted immediately.)
Size
(May vary from its use, ie banners, signatures. Regular sizes (for me,
anyway) are 100x600 and 200x500 or smaller. If you require a bigger
image, please state size and purpose.)
Any other relevant information.
You
will recieve an email upon finishing that your sig/wallpaper is
available. You will be provided with a link and a password to recieve
your file, unless otherwise stated. After four days from the day the
email is sent, the signature/wallpaper will be available for public
viewing. It is therefore recommended that should you require exclusive
use for the files that you include a username on your image. Also,
please make sure you host the images on your own server, ie Ripway or
Imagebucket. This would mean less stress on mine.
Also, whereever possible, could you please have a link back to this
page, www.freewebs.com/sub-scribe. Place a link in your profile, on the
signature, in your blog. It would be greatly appreciated.
