Nestled in the neighborhood of Avondale on the North Side of Chicago is a wonderful studio space that can be used for different needs. Renting a studio on a monthly basis just doesn't make sense for a lot of artists, so this space is available for reasonable rates when you need it.
Located on Belmont and Sacramento near the Blue Line Belmont stop and the Belmont bus line. It is just a few blocks from I-90/94 and parking on the street is available with no permit.
The studio space boasts two separate studio areas: one by the front entrance, a coatroom, a make-up area with a huge mirror and Hollywood lights, a main studio area, kitchen area, restroom, storage, and an additional full kitchen.
The space has high ceilings throughout, white walls, and exposed brick. It is equipped with tables, chairs, and decorations. The ceiling lights can be dimmed and spotlit on different areas of the space.
