10 Minutes
Resources- there are two tables, SPA will provide four chairs, and there are rumors of a curtain in the space. Its a lights up lights down deal. Please keep in mind we are trying to keep this minimal. If there is anything else that you need for your play, you are responsible for bringing it and taking it back both nights.

SPAwards
There are sign up sheets on the call board for presenting awards. There is also a sign up sheet for brainstorming the spoofs. The spoof meeting will be monday the 28th right after SPA. We are open to any themes for the awards, last year was black and white.

One Eyed Jacks
This friday from 5-9 SPA will be helping out down at the pizza place One Eyed Jacks on Commercial St. (diagonaly across from D'Millos between two sketchy bars). Our volunteers are Luke Perry, Alex Kopack, Gary Thayer, and Joe Bearor. They will be talking about SPA and serving pizza. The deal is, the more money Jacks makes, the more money he will give to SPA, so rally all your friends and enjoy some awesome meatloaf pizza and beer!

Wiffle Ball
THIRD ANNUAL WIFFLE BALL GAME! This is the tie breaker! Its Friday May 2nd right before the 10 minutes. Our color is green again so wear as much of it as you can. We are also accepting donnations of water and gatorade.

Faculty Meeting
The faculty really enjoyed the caucus in workshop and are open to doing it again. The questions and comments that weren't read in WS were read in the meeting, so rest assured, they heard everything we had to say.
They also wish to apologize for droping the ball on the SOAPs this year. It was a new thing they were trying and they realized it didnt work.

Next Seasons Show!!!
Congratulations Tara Haskell! She will be directing The Fantasticks next semester for SPA. For more information buy her a coffee and talk about it.

Minutes 4/7/08

Chairs
The chairs have been ordered! They are not red and black as originaly planned, they are now "chrome and pepper." Still awesome chairs that wont make your butt sore! Heres the catch...we need to pick them up ourselves from the Scarborough Sams Club. Desiray has offered the use of her truck, but we need some help because there are 44 of these bad boys. If interested in transporting chairs and making history, meet us in the lobby Wednesday at 2:30.

Faculty Caucus
This is schedualed for Monday the 21st! There is a suggestion box in the office right next to the door for you to submit annonomous comments for us to read at the caucus.

Next Season
Just another reminder that proposals for next Falls show are due on  Monday the 21st! Be prepared to speak about your show and and have a budget proposal as well.

Underpants
It was an amazing run and we made money on it!

Other little issues that dont need their own title
- Issues with the paint job in the black box. Lets see if we can try to fix that before Bald Soprano goes up. If thats not possible...sorry Joelle.
- One Eyed Jacks fund raiser is still open. They are looking for us to come up with a date to do this. Does anyone have a date in mind to serve pizza and talk about SPA to hungry people?
- Gary and Tara are putting together a little improv show at Tara's parents ski lodge in Sydney. This is not a fundraiser, its just something fun to do. They said they want to feed and house whoever participates, so that sounds like a sweet bonus! They are looking at the end of this month or the beginning of next month for a time frame.
- Voting for the SPAwards will be done online again. Keep an eye and an ear out for when voting opens.
