CONTACTING THE OFFICERS

In order to properly address the appropriate officer you are trying to get in touch with, here are some descriptions of each position and title.  Please address your e-mail to one person or the entire group - but please be specific ... your e-mail will be handled faster that way.  Thanks!  All e-mails, regardless of the position, should be sent to the SFO mailbox at sfopsu@hotmail.com.

PRESIDENT - Lyndsay Myers -  The President is responsible for all final decisions regarding the organization; she manages various projects while delegating responsibilities to the other officers.  She runs the officer meetings and general meetings, held every third Thursday of the month.

VICE PRESIDENT - Jeff Carton - The Vice President handles many of the same obligations as the President; if, for any reason, the President cannot complete her duties, the Vice President steps in to assist and/or take over such duties.

TREASURER - Meg Theranger -  The Treasurer manages the finances and expenses of the organization.  She organizes projects that are possible fundraisers, keeps track of the profits/expenses of the organizations, and is the liaison to the Students Affairs and Activities office.

SECRETARY - Lyndsay Brzowski - The Secretary takes minutes at each meeting, reporting to the officers the goings on of the organization.

PROMOTIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS - Aaron Oleska - The Public Relations officer advertises the organization and promotes it many projects, programs, and meetings.  Flyers, promotional screenings, etc. fall under the Public Relations officer's duties.
