As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I know how easy it is to get stuck when we are struggling.  As adults, it can be enough to deal with our daily challenges (the economy, our jobs, all the expectations of us, and so forth).  As children though, they might not have the understanding of what is going on or the resources to best address these issues.  Even being the best parent I can be does not mean my children will share their deepest, darkest concerns with me.  Bottom line, we all need help sometimes and act it out....or in.  I can help!
