07/11/07 - THE SHOW WILL BEGIN ON FRIDAY 16TH NOVEMBER 2007 WITH THE FIRST PERFORMANCE SHOW AND THE RESULTS SHOW WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2007.
09/11/07 - IT WILL BE THE TURN OF THE MEN TO FACE THE AUDIENCE AND JUDGES VOTES ON FRIDAY NIGHT. THE WOMEN WILL FACE THE DANCEFLOOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
10/11/07 - Our 16 learning dancers come from allsorts of different backrounds. We have an enlightening line-up of contestants prepared to face the music and dance their hearts out for the public of Newcastle.
Here is the names and some facts on the contestants to be, and for a special twist... they all know each other:
ANNA, PAUL and CHRIS are all sinblings. Their parents are EDNA and ROBERT, a married retired couple. STEVE and his daughter RACHEL and her boyfriend of two years VICTOR are good family friends. SAMANTHA and BECKA are also great friends. Other friends of some of the family competing are teenagers TRISTAN, GEORGE, HANNAH, HILLARY, PHILLIP and ANNEKA.
