Accepted Payments for a Puppy:

A deposit is required to hold a puppy. Our deposits are half down of the price of the puppy. Deposits are non- refundable. We will accept checks, money orders or paypal for a deposit on a puppy. If a check does not clear, your hold on the puppy will be removed and he/she will be available for sale to another party. Out of courtesy for our other customers, the puppy will also no longer be on hold for you should we not receive your deposit within 4 days. Full payment for the puppy is required in cash, money order or paypal before the puppy will be allowed leave my home. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone, for any reason. Our main concern lies in the welfare and treatment of the puppies we have raised. Puppies Delivered by Airline:

For puppies delivered by airline, payment in full is required 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery day. Shipping is $300.00. Your shipping price will include your puppies airline expenses, a new travel crate, a veterinarian health certificate, and your puppy starter kit. Continental is our airline of choice during extremely hot or cold weather temperatures as their cargo areas are climate controlled making the trip safe for your puppy. Our puppies will be shipped only after they are 8 weeks of age. We reserve the right to hold a puppy beyond 8 weeks should we think it’s necessary for the health or safety of a puppy. Health Guarantee:

The seller does not guarantee against conditions that may be triggered by stress related from the move to a new home or by the shipping process. Certain medical conditions triggered by such stresses (such as coccidiosis) are an inherent risk in purchasing a puppy and cannot always be avoided, but they can be treated. This is why, as stated below, the buyer is required to have the puppy seen by a licensed vet for a puppy check up within 48 hours of the puppy leaving the seller’s possession. A vet can tell you how such conditions triggered by stress can be treated.

The buyer understands that the puppy being purchased has been seen by the breeder’s veterinarian and fully checked before being allowed to leave. If a minor problem is ever found, it will be discussed with you before you buy/receive the puppy. You will have the option of continuing the purchase of this puppy or decline.

Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. We will not sell a sick puppy and you will not buy a puppy from us without full disclosure on the health of the puppy. Buyer agrees to take puppy to a licensed vet within 48 hours of leaving seller’s possession for an examination to ensure puppy is in good health at time of delivery. Seller is to be sent a copy of the veterinarians examination. If a licensed veterinarian does not see the puppy within 48 hours, this contract is void. If any legal action incurs in conjunction with this sale, all proceedings must take place in my county of residence. Buyer’s Responsibilities:

The buyer agrees to abide by the obligations stated in the health contract for this puppy. The buyer agrees to get medical attention for the puppy by a licensed veterinarian in the event of illness. The buyer also agrees to consult with their veterinarian on a vaccination and worming schedule for their puppy. The buyer agrees to feed appropriate food and in the appropriate amounts. Buyer agrees to provide adequate shelter, love, and attention to the puppy. A puppy is a long term commitment and should be treated as such.

If at any time in the life of the puppy that you buy from us the buyer is unable to keep the dog for whatever reason, the seller will accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him/her. However, no exchange of money or replacement is offered in this circumstance. We care about our dogs first and foremost and will take back any dog that we have sold should the buyer ever decide that he cannot keep him/her. We aim to provide high quality pure bred dogs to loving homes and do not want our dogs in shelters or mistreated in any way.

We believe we have very nice dogs and want the best of homes for them. Please educate yourself and be fully aware of the responsibility of owning a dog before you consider purchasing one of our puppies. Please honor this contract as we will also honor this contract.
