The trip will be on Sunday, December 16, 2007. We will meet at Mrs. Cirino’s house. 120 Midland Ave. River Edge at 2:00 PM. We will then take public transportation into the city and back. We plan on seeing the tree at Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. We will have dinner in the city. The cost is about $40.00 for round trip ticket and dinner. It has become a great tradition and the Youth Group look forward to going each year. Come and join us! Permission Slips must be brought with you that night or you will not be allowed to go.  My son/daughter __________________________________________ has my Permission to join the St. Peter’s Youth Group for their trip to N.Y.C. on Sunday, December 16, 2007. I understand that they will be taking public transportation and going to a place to eat. My son/daughter is allergic to ___________________________ and takes the following Medications ____________________________________________________ In case of an emergency I can be reached at ______________________________ If I cannot be reached Donna Cirino has my permission to see my child gets any treatment needed for his/her safety.
