11. Project Location : Agiripalli is one of the remote village but a gate way
to different villages and districts, apart from that this
is located between the city of Vijayawada and the town
of Nuzvid,, Railway station of Vijayawada is 30 kms
from here and Airport of Vijayawada is 20 kms from here, so that you can reach here by air, by train and by bus on an expected time.. The people in this locality are economically poor but so rich in faith. People loves Pastor Joseph Raju who lives among them There are 3000 people lives in this small village, one of its great importance is the villages is at the foot hills of the eastern Ghats, on the top of the hill there is a Hindu temple called Shobhanachalam, every year in the month of February they do celebrate the Shobhanachalam marriage (means to shrines). After this occasion the marriage occasion starts from Hindu families in this area. Every day 30 villages of people come over here and do the business of buying
and selling things
Though India is a democratic country but most of the local people were labor, poor backward class
and untouchable communities and tribal. 80% of the land
is in the hands of 20% rich people
So that you can understand how much poverty prevails here. 80% of the poor people go for daily work as daily wager, skilled labor and go to work in the city of Vijayawada. They may be few individuals who are employed at Government offices earning, but most of the Dalits are laborers in the fields earning Rs 80/= $2 a day . Thus there is extensive economic inequality in the area. The life of these villages children are at the mercy of landlords under whom they are working. They go to work at dawn and come back ofter dusk. it is unnamed and unlimited bonded labour. These children being untouchables, backward class, they were treated as animals. Even one meal they get from the landlords, is served in the cattle shed in a different bowl, so sorry to say, they are one with animals that are in the shed. The landlords treated these child workers ( Paleru) like the donkeys which carry their language without voice.
Here we can find lot of children on the streets, street children and child begging, child labor in Vijayawada city, so that reason we have started the project here to rescue the children from child labor and poverty and illiteracy in the towns, cities and villages. Another important things is this the only place which can produce the thousands of tones mangoes children works in the mango and rice fields. Here we are the only one and first charity working for the children and having Govt of India permission to do social service

Project extension need : , Poverty reigns supreme in the lives of Agiripalli
area people Being victims of poverty people prefer to
engage their grown up children to earn some thing for
their livelihood. The term Education looks like
expensive word in reality to them. Unfortunately these
people who are known as Dalits, tribal, Backward class
think that the education is the property of rich . In reality
what is happening is this, Hence the literacy rate in this area
is very low. Being a social worker and Pastor of the Church
ministries and knowing the plight of these children I feel the
only way I can give bright future is to make them educated, I
have mentioned above there are 3 schools in my Parish .
These school are giving free education to all children . These
schools help me a lot to fulfill my desire and vision to
educate these underprivileged children But we find it really
demanding maintain schools. Apart from repairs and
renewals and the maintenance, the children need s
mentioned in this profile . It is really demanding to run these
schools, but if we do not provide them the basic things or
close the school then, the future of these children will be
the fate of their parents like bonded labour. So I request
you earnestly and appeal to your good will and generosity
to help m me out with your financial assistance as one time
or regular basis what ever way possible.
250 Destitute Children and 10 staff members
Each child need of $30 per month food ,Education, Shelter.Medical help
Each staff member need of salary $50 a month
We are proposed to take 150 day care and 100 orphanage children, there will be 250 in the school
To mould them as best citizens of India and ambassadors for Christ in future.
13 Make A difference: We do recruit the staff from the poor educated
Backward and Dalit communities and widows to help
Them one way by showing the Christ love in action
Make them to be sustainable. We do welcome all
the children irrespective of caste creed religion , rich and poor, This makes the children to mingle with one another with harmony, get the education on free of cost, learn the principles of ethics and learn the way of life in full freedom to think and act to build their own future., This children learn Christian songs Bible stories which can be imparting to parents lives which ignites their life to correct and live a good life in front of children, so some of the parent stop smoking, gambling and stealing and wife and husband fighting and drinking alcohol , earlier parent when they receive letter they do ask the neighbors to read the letter , now their own children are reading and explain to the parents how great it is?
