This is a timeline for events in the story. Some details in here may contradict the ones mentioned in the actual fic, but keep in mind I'm revising it currently and this is the FINALIZED timeline. This timeline is an expansion of the canonical details given in the anime and manga, but should NOT be treated as the 'word of God', so to speak. And yes, it follows Roy mostly; I ignored Ed's history because everybody knows in already ;)
-Roy is born in 1886.
-The 'Northern Gold Rush' starts in 1896.
-Azeotrope is renamed ‘New Red Point’ somewhere around 1897-1898 after the notorious criminal activity and murders start escalating.
-1901 sees the outbreak of the Ishbal Rebellion.
-The infamous winter of 1903. Details are still sketchy (in the story) as to what happened in New Red Point between 1899 - 1902. However, the town is left with a severely lower population, which gradually wanes over the years.
-Roy starts 'Basic Combat Training' (BCT) at the Central Military Academy in early 1904.
-He graduates and formally joins the military in 1908.
-Participates in the 'Ishbal Annihilation Campaign' in 1908.
-In 1911/1912, Ed joins the military
-Azeotrope is renamed and mysteriously abandoned soon after the gold rush ends in 1914.
-The train wreck happens in 1916.
