SPE - Shipping

Orders are processed and prepared upon the receipt of the order transaction. Turn around time only takes a couple of hours and the orders are shipped the same day of the approval of the payment. Orders received on weekends are processed and prepared the same day and will be shipped the next business day.

We use EMS and Registered Air Mail to ship International Orders and Air21 or LBC to ship Domestic Orders.

For international orders, standard delivery schedules of EMS is 3-5 (Asia Countries) 5-7days (US States) 7-10days (Europe Countries and Canada). Registered Air Mail standard delivery takes 15-25 working days. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine destination standard delivery takes 1-3 days.

As soon as we ship your order, we will notify you via e-mail. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order online with the use of our Store Online Tracking. Online tracking is only available to countries listed on our store online tracking and is not available to shipments sent via Registered Air Mail.

We at Skin Perfect Essentials will not be responsible and will not be liable for lost or damage shipments and for any delivery delays due to custom clearance, local mail problems, holiday rush or other unforeseen causes whether man made or acts of nature.
