Raw Cow Cream
$5/qt.
(Available August 2007)
The cream is the fat of milk and when cows are
fed only grass and no grain, the fats become
the good fats such as the Omega - 3 and
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). The cream's
consistency is also liquidy. When cows are fed
grain, the fats don't have the Omega - 3 or
CLA; it's higher in Omega - 6 fats, and the fat
isn't that good for you. The cream becomes a
thick consistency like mayonnaise.
