Stonefold Native Ponies

Colliery Grace

Sire:Walesmoor Emperor                     Dam: Colliery Polly

1998 -2008

A truly AMAZING pony who will definately be sorely missed. No pony will fill the gap left behind at Stonefold by Grace. This was my pony of a lifetime.

Simply THANK YOU! Grace.

Rest in Peace.

Grace was foaled in 1998 and bred by Mr Dennis Urwin in Spennymoor,County Durham.

She shares the same Dam as Colliery Commando II, who was supreme at the DPS breed show in 2005.She was purchased as an untouched five year old. She was slowly brought on and introduced to a ridden career, and took to this like a duck to water and has proven herself to be one of the top ridden dales ponies in the country by qualifying for Olympia at the Dales Pony Breed Show, held at Barnard Castle on the 5th August 2006, winning a large class of nineteen entries.

This was only her sixth qualifier and she was placed within the top six in all of the others she competed. The plan for her now is to introduce her to working hunter pony competitions and try her luck in Horse of the Year Show qualifiers.
