"Ladies Out Evening"
"Ladies of St. Mark's". You are invited to an evening out, in your own parish hall, to a catered dinner and silent auction taking place Tuesday June 16th, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. The cost will be $12.00. Please indicate to Alma Reading (613-542-8085) if you are able to attend so that we have everyone accounted for when ordering the food. Anglican Church Women (ACW) Meeting Information
St Mark's A.C.W. meets the first Tuesday of each month
(except July, August and January)
at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall
The purpose of the group is to organize and support the many events in the life of the Parish. Outreach is an important aspect of the ACW, projects for which include support to shut-ins of the Parish, needs in the community, the Diocese and Third World countries.
Fundraising events are organized and include the Christmas bazaar, annual yard sales, bake sales and catering.
Each Meeting begins with a short devotion,
followed by business, a specific program, and a social time
