As of today, I will be closing Stitches Cosplay and putting the site on hiatus for a very long time. I am very busy with work and school, and it seems like the older I get, the harder it is to keep up with this side tiny business! I am sorry everyone, but thank you all for the wonderful years and business. <3 I do not know when the site will be up again, but again, I am sorry and thank you! ^_^
Any pending costumes will be finished, so please do not e-mail me concerning costume commissions.

I'm sorry to those who I haven't responded to until of late for commission quotes, it's been quite hectic and busy on this vacation.

Halloween is nearing, what a great excuse to cosplay outside of a convention! Some updates, I updated my portfolio and commissioned works section with more cosplays(I've done more, but I just can't keep up with them all!) and also, if you do have a costume you need within a tight deadline of a month, I may be able to do this, though it may be a little more pricy than usual since it will be a rush order. I've got time from school and work, and the money I get from labor from making the costumes, usually goes to much needed gas for my car. xD (Ah, it's tough being a college student...) I'm always happy to answer questions and give price quotes. :) Have a happy and safe Halloween, everyone!

A very important announcement regarding commission inquiries ahead of time, I will also add this to the Commission Information page, but I will make note of it here.
Due to the overwhelming amounts of e-mails I have received about wanting commissions done in the later future, but have not paid in full, WILL NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPOT IN THE MONTH LIST IT'S DUE. It's not so big of an issue if say, the commission is a year done ahead of time, but if not paid, I am sorry it is not my responsibility to keep track of your request, I have paying customers waiting for their costumes to be done, and they are first priority. So if you want a costume/accessory within a 3-4 months time of the desired due date(1-2 months if it's a wig), please pay within that time frame. I cannot accept costume requests within 2 months unless for special requests and few acceptions. (talk to me first)
The bottom line is, payment will guarantee you your spot and commission made, just a simple "I will pay you later" will not. Thank you for your understanding!

Another summer is here, and it is hot hot hot! Sorry for the lack of updates, so much stuff has happened! I took a great vacation in May with my friend to go see the Korean Hollywood Bowl and Miyavi in California! That was the best, EVAR. <3 One important announcement, I CAN NO LONGER TAKE COMMISSIONS DUE IN AUGUST!
They've been flooding in, and I can't take anymore! I've got so much now to do! But thank you so much for your e-mails! I really wish I could do more ;_; Please check the Commission Information section for my recent availability status. I will also be updating more of my Cosplays and Commissioned Works very soon! Springtime is here, how nice for a change! Tons of updates, please check them out, new costumes, taking new commissions, and chockloads of fun goodness! Oh, and a random tidbit, our Evangelion group won Best in Show at Anime Detour! I can't believe we pulled it off and I'm so happy that everyone was able to make it work and pull everything together! Doing the skit was sooo fun, and especially making the bedsheets. xD
There was such a high positive feedback from the bedsheets... So many people wanted to buy them! So I've decided to start taking commissions
for custom bedsheet character drawings! You can get almost ANYTHING you'd like. Look for more info on the Commission Information page!

I WILL BE ACCEPTING EASY/MEDIUM COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES, AND WIGS.
I will be able to accept them more freely since I have a bit more spare time, although I still will only be able to take on a few commissions per month. Please see the commission page for more details, of course!

*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING COMMISSIONS*
Due to the upcoming holidays and finals at school(;A;) I will not be able to take any costume commission. I am sorry for the inconvenience! Being a college student, working on your own costumes, having a part-time job, and doing cosplay commissions is a bit too much for me to handle at the moment. :(
BUT, fear not, I am still taking commissions for wigs and some minor accessories. Since it is the holidays and con season is coming up, a little extra cash would be nice, so if you would you like a quote on any of these, please feel free to drop me a line! <3 Have a safe and happy holidays everyone!
**Also before I go, I will be adding a new feature to the commission information page! If you have placed a commission with me, I will continuously update your order's processes as they go along(ie when materials are being purchased, styling, and shipped!) For now I since I am not flooded with commissions, I will put the orders up by the name of the commission to keep client's identity discreet just incase. Thanks much!!

Fall is almost here! I'd like to say for commission information, please RE-CHECK the page.
I'd also just like to note to remember, when requesting commissions for costumes, there's a mandatory 6-8 weeks contact notice before the due date of the costume. Rush orders may be acceptable for certain wigs and accessories, but please contact me first. But NOT for cosplay clothes! ^^

New new updates!!! I've just bought a dressform from my very good friend, so now you can know that your costume will be able to fit more precise and perfect from now on! This will be such a great help for me. It's been very hard to make costumes for individuals who are different from my size because I had to sort of estimate in my head where everything it would fit, how it should fall, and etc. But this will be such an improvement. :3
I am now able to take much more costumes with a bit more ranges of difficulty, so please check the cosplay commission page if you are interested!

I'm still heavily racked with fines for a new college semester, but I still am sewing. I will be extremely busy with a commission and my boyfriend and I's cosplay that I have to finish before March-ish.
I will be able to take commissions right now for accessories, props, and wigs. Although I do have new disclaimers about them in the Commission Information section. Thank you, everyone and have a happy new year!

UPDATE! My first year of college is starting, and I've been way busier than I expected. It's becoming difficult to juggle school, a job, costuming, and my social life right now, so I can only accept commissions for wigs and props/accessories. I will be updating again once everything has settled down and I'm able to accept costume commissions again! Thank you for your patience, everyone!
