Welcome to the Website for the
Our main meeting takes place on Friday evenings at 7.30pm in the Chaplaincy (Located on the left after the campus supermarket and before the Union entrance.) Anyone of any nationality or religious background is welcome to come and join us.
Each week we have a different speaker who will give us a talk, and teach us from the Bible. For Autumn Semester 2007 we will be looking at issues that affect students and what the Bible has to say about each of these issues. We hope to have time after each meeting for discussion and we encourage you to ask the speakers or any of the CU committee questions, questions are good. We don't promise to have all the answers but feel free to come along and ask. We will be happy to discuss things with you or if we can't help, point you to other people or books that might be useful. Each week we finish at about 9-9.30pm, and then we provide tea, coffee and biscuits so that everyone can chat some more. Most weeks we run a TOASTIE BAR which has been such a success in the past and it can only run whenever people come and lend a hand! Usually the preparation starts from 10pm onwards and can go on until 2.30-3am.
