What is a C@P Site?

The Community Access Program (C@P) is a Government of Canada initiative, administered by Industry Canada, which aims to provide Canadians with public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively.

C@P Sites provide internet service, computer support and training in computer programs.

C@P Sites are located in many cities, towns and communities across Canada. Many C@P sites are located in schools, community centers, or libraries, but they may be found in any public place.
