Eliseo Steve Rodríguez Rodríguez has a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (Mexico’s Autonomous Technological Institute, ITAM), and a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence (The University of Edinburgh) with Learning from Data and Neurocomputation specialisms.
From his present work it is important to mention his undergraduate thesis entitled “SARCRAD: A system for the administration of conceptual resources and automatic-fuzzy creation of hyperlinks. Enciclomedia, an application”, since the system that he developed is the basis of the educational software that has been installed in more than 70,000 Mexican classrooms.
Also, it is worth mentioning that during his life he has seen and used over three thousand computer programs, helping him to understand interfaces and usability.

New software architecture for Enciclomedia that integrates SCORM, IMS and mexican metadata, meta-objects, information retrieval systems, data-mining using hypercubes, and several components for educational integration regarding accessibility and indigenous education.
