It's been a very busy day for Claire as she appeared on BBC1 Breakfast this morning and now Richard & Judy to promote her documentary 'Claire Richards: My Big Fat Wedding'.

For those who didn't know. Claire appeared on this mornings BBC1 Breakfast. She was on at around 8.48am but if you missed it don't worry here it is for you to catch up on.

An estimated 70 per cent of women try to lose weight before they get married and Claire Richards, one fifth of superstar pop group Steps, is no exception.

During her pop career she was the archetypal size 8 popstar, but when the band split up she ballooned to a size 20. Now, with her wedding day looming, Claire must try and shift the weight and avoid being a fat bride.

In a revealing observational documentary, we follow Claire's efforts to go from overweight couch potato to her dream size 12 in time for her wedding. She tries to shed the pounds whilst battling her insatiable love of food, look after her baby and kick start her pop career. Along the way she attends a brutal bridal boot camp, faces the dreaded paparazzi on the red carpet and meets fellow brides that have lost weight before their big day.

Finally just days before her wedding she gets to try on her dream dress, but will it fit?

Repeated @ 23.45, Thurs 7th May @ 00.40, Fri 8th May @ 21.00 & Sat 9th May @ 00.45. .It's just been revealed that she's expecting her second child with husband Johnny, exclusively via Hello Magazine.

We'll get more details when the edition goes on sale on May 5th.

Unfortately Claire's documentary called 'Claire Richards: My Big Fat Wedding' has been pushed back from Thursday 30th April to Tuesday 5th May.

Carrie on Fayes official site (http://www.fayetozerofficial.com/) has announced on Faye's behalf that she has had given birth to a beautiful baby boy called Benjamin Tozer-Smith. We are very excited about seeing some pictures of the georgous little angel.
