Update -
As part of a feature on the 'enduring appeal of panto' Stephen also made an appearance on BBC's The Culture Show. A report even appeared on Chipping Norton's local website:

"CULTURE SHOW" COMES FROM CHIPPY

On Thursday night (1 Dec) BBC2's Culture Show featured a long item on The Panto Season - a comparison of three different pantomimes being cast, rehearsed and performed.   Caroline Sharman's production of Puss in Boots was one of the three - with much emphasis on young Stephen Glover making his first appearance as a Dame.  Chippy's starring role was the pretext for the whole programme to be presented from the town with the filmed introductions to each item by Mark Kermode being filmed in deep snow on the Town Hall steps, in front of the Almshouses and so on. Mark looked much happier when he got inside a warm cosy auditorium! Puss in Boots looked fun and this publicity will ensure an earlier sell-out than usual. Hurry hurry. Book now.
