Lot's of exciting news for the young Derry singer following the fantastic reaction to his recent single and radio hit "Heavenly".
First up, we're delighted to see John becoming just as popular in America as he is on these shores!
John will appear on Detroit's DPTV on Friday 5th December at 9.30pm (EST)
- The PBS Network has picked up on John's talent and are featuring an hour and a half of John with clips from his award winning DVD (re-issue info below) called "John McNicholl". The show also sees John chatting in-studio and singing live some tracks from his forthcoming album due in the new year "You Are No Angel"... a not to be missed show for our stateside friends.

Dan O'Hara Tribute Night
The Ballroom Of Romance in Glenfarne, Co. Leitrim will echo with the sound of the finest country music this country has ever produced on Monday 24th November.
This night is a tribute to the late 'Dan O'Hara' who sadly passed away on 12th November 2004, With all proceeds going to local cancer charities.
Dan O' Hara was known throughout Ireland as one of the finest guitar players that ever graced the stage, He played with many showbands starting off as guitarist with his sister Sue & The Overlanders and then moving on to Irelands Queen Of Country 'Philomena Begley & The Ramblin Men'
In his Later Years Dano brought his one man show to the bars and clubs throughout Ireland and became very popular with his new venture and new audience.
On the 12th November 2004 Dano's death expressed great sadness throughout the country from young and old. In dance halls, pubs & clubs even to this day the name 'Dan O' Hara' is sure to come up in a conversation.
The memory of this great sadly missed talent will be remembered with great fondness through music and dance on Mon 24th November in The Ballroom Of Romance with friends of Dano taking to the stage, with the backing of Country Harmony people can dance the night away to Mick Flavin, Seamus Moore, Shaun Loughrey, The Benn Sisters, Anthony McBrien, Francie Smith, & Many More.
The Doors open for this great show at 8pm and show starts at 9pm. With full bar facilities on night and all proceeds go to cancer charities
