STEF STOKES / TRIPHAZARD - FAN SITE

After looking at other various band biographies, we decided to give it to you straight without all the fancy wordage and bragging that goes with it. It’s up to you to make up your own minds. Triphazard are a six piece band who are born and bred in Merseyside which consists of two girls and four guys; Stef Stokes, Lead Vocals, Jenni Stokes, Keyboard and Backing Vocals, Dean Carr, Lead Guitarist, Sean Barnes, Rhythm Guitar, Mark Rawlins, Bass Guitar and Rhys Mitchell, Drums. The band’s roots began when Stef Stokes, a successful solo performer wanted to form a band. Stef, since the age of 14 had gained recognition on TV, Newspapers and Radio but wanted to be recognised as a music professional , similar to Chrissie Hines, Debbie Harry and Annie Lennox. Auditions took place from November 2004 onwards with advice from successful professionals within the music industry. Those candidates who were serious, had character and dedication were chosen. Constant rehearsals and perseverance followed and Triphazards first performance was at a Charity Gig for Marie Curie. Successful appearances took place within the Northwest and as a result Triphazard are through to the Battle of the Bands final at the Cavern in Liverpool and presenting the launch event of ‘Strummers’ at the Mint Lounge in Manchester. Currently, we are in the studio’s putting down tracks for our new album.. Our fans and support base are so important to us and without it we would not be where we are today.
