City of Heroes and City of Villans is a Massive Multiplay Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). In City of Heroes you play a Hero in Paragon City completing mission to protect the civillians. In City of Villans you play a Villan in the Rouge Isles completing missions for your own glory. You do not need to have both games to play but there are bonuses to having both games.
