So the rules to apply for staff are...
1. You must be nice to all visitors and staff.
2. Do NOT cuss!
3. Must have a better program then MS paint!
4. MUST have fun while being staff.
5. Write blue clouds are pretty in the about you section, the FIRST sentence!
6. Must be active (if you need to take a hiatus, tell us!)



The rules for applying for affiliates are...
1. Your site must have at least 5 pages (not site stuff like, meet the staff)
2. Your site must have some neopets related stuff on it!
3. Your site MUST be G rated.
4. No stolen content
5. Please type "Starry-Dreamz is the coolest site Eva!" in the comments/complaint box if you have read all the rules
6. And please have our button on ALL of your pages. ^^
