My name is Bob D., an Atlanta based photographer, and I've been shooting pictures since 1990 when I 1st got my hands on an Olympus 35mm camera. In the beginning, I started shooting everything & anything, from close-ups of bumble bees, to complete strangers I would see at parks. As I progreesed in my knowledge of this camera, I was more interested in shooting people, but had no model(s) to shoot, so I began shooting myself with the timer feature. I ended up with some great shots which I still have & am very proud of. Through the years, I managed to shoot up & coming models, wanna be models, and just some normal everyday women that wanted some different images of themselves. Alot of my focus on those shoots was the female form, and in different surroundings that included some indoor shooting. Since I love the female form, and I like shooting "sexy" poses, alot of what I did was nude and semi-nude shoots. What I ended up with was a large variety of "glamour" shots that, although they were nice, they had no purpose. In other words, why was this girl laying on a beach, or why was she standing around in her panties & bra in this indoor setting with obviously fake lighting ? So I decided that I would do my own "theme" shoots. I will shoot women in very sexy outfits, but actually put them in the enviorment that you would expect to see them in. For example, the construction girl will be shot at a construction site, the Indian girl will be shot at a creek/woods, the Roller Skating girl will be shot at a park, etc., and in every shoot, the sexy feel will be there. The oufit(s) that they wear will be on the sexy/tease side, yet in a tasteful manner. For the most part, I am the one putting the outfit together, since I know in my mind what I'm trying to capture. The shoot is always fun for the model, since its like "dress up" day for them, and the theme gives a reason to be shooting in that paticular outfit, in that paticular location.....plus theres no fake lighting, or back drops.

Ok, now that you've seen a little bit of what I do, understand that I AM NOT A GLAMOUR OR FASHION PHOTOGRAPHER ! Most of my images are a bit more racey & revealing than these, as I like the "tease" aspect, so nudes & semi-nudes are mainly what I'm about. If your shy, overweight, or too embarassed to reveal your body, don't bother contacting me....there are plenty of photographers willing to shoot you in a studio, fully dressed, so contact them instead. However, if you want some tasteful, creative, sexy images, and you like the images I've shown here, feel free to contact me & lets do it !

Yes, its me ! I know photographers don't generally show themselves, but I think its important that you know who will be shooting you....as well as some conversation BEFORE I SHOOT YOU....it eases both parties, and lets us get to know one another a bit beforehand

What I shoot alot of are called "TFP" or "TFP/CD". What this means is that if I have an idea for a shoot, and I need a model, I will shoot her for free, and in return she gets copies on a CD. Typically I take about 400-500 digital images. I do not edit the shots at all, except to delete the really bad images. So you'll get a CD, thats in exchange for your time, and thats normally about 3-4 hours of shooting. So hence the term TFP, ot Time For Prints, or as some call it, Trade For Prints. I do not use these images for commercial purposes, and your free to do whatever you like with your copie(s).

Most of my shoots are done outdoors in natural settings, so spring & summer is when I'm shooting the most. I do however, shoot in fall/winter if I can get an indoor location. I'm open to new ideas & locations, but as a rule, I have the idea already, and just need you as a model to see if it'll work, so some of my shoots are experimental....some call this a "test" shoot, but I don't like that term, since they are trying to see if you'll be right for the shoot. I will already know this before we shoot, because you will have sent me sample pictures of you, or I'll have already had a meeting with you in person. As a rule, I'll have the CD burned and ready for you to pick up with in a few days of the shoot.

Are you paying me ?

Since I'm not a full time photographer, and I do this as an artistic outlet, my shooting is FREE for the most part. But if theres an idea, concept, or theme you want shot that is something I'm not interested in to add to my portfolio, then I will charge you for the shoot. I will contribute my ideas if needed, or help you with the creative aspect, but it'll be YOUR idea, and so my input will be very basic. My rate varies on the time, location, and difficulty of the shoot, but you can count on about $75-$100 per hour.

Am I paying you ?

Rarely do I pay a model, since most come to me with little or no experience, and they get my time and images for free. However, if I have an idea for a certain look or body type, and you have it, then I am willing to pay for your time. In these rare cases, you must be willing to do the shots I'm asking for, and I will have complete control over the shoot. For these shoots, I will pay according to the kind of shoot & the time it takes, but as a rule I will pay between $20-$30 per hour for semi-nude shoots and $50-$70 per hour for nudes.

In either case, you get all the images ( untouched ) that I take

TFP/TFCD SHOOTS....

If we decide on a TFP shoot, you must allow 2-4 hours for the shoot, and preference is given to weekday shooting from 10am to 4pm. For the most part, I will provide the outfit(s) and props, but I always encourge models to bring outfits/props to the shoot, since what you have may work better than what I bring. I'm also willing to shoot you in something you might have that you want to be shot in, time provided...so bring that new outfit/bikini/skirt. Speaking of time..PLEASE be prompt ! It takes time & effort on my part to prepare a shoot, so please do not disrespect my time by not showing up or being late, and I won't do that to you. I do NOT provide hair or make up ( mua ), so however you show up is how we're shooting. I don't care for LOTS of make up, maybe some light eye liner, LIGHT eye shadow, and lip gloss or light lipstick, but don't come looking like Tammy Faye Baker ! If you can't do your make up the way you want, go to Macys make up counter before the shoot...its FREE ! Also, PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE A SHOOT WITH ME WHEN YOUR TIME OF MONTH COMES...it should go without saying, but I've had models show up cramping, bloated, and strings hanging out..and PLEASE shave ! This means the crotch area too, or at least be well trimmed....nothing worse than seeing a buldge that looks like your a man, or having hair sticking out. Escorts are NOT welcome to my shoots !! ( used to allow this & it never works well ) As it takes away from the creativity & flow. If your concerned about safety, I understand & respect that, so I have references you can call & you can check me out as much as you want in advance..........

AGAIN : NO ESCORTS.....This is a dealbreaker for me & I will not shoot you !

                             I have a 2 bedroom, bath, full kitchen apt. in Ocho Rios Jamaica that I rent out. One room is king bed, the other a queen. Both have ceiling fans & AC. Big bath, with shower/tub, iron & board, blow dryer, towels, washrags. The kitchen is big too, and has fridge, microwave, stove/oven, blender, mixer, all the dishes-glasses-utensels-silverwear. Living room has couch, coffee table, 27'' color tv, dvd, cd, vcr, 4 speakers am/fm stereo, and both kitchen & living room have ceiling fans too.

I lived in this apt. in 2003-2004, so it has all the things your used to having, and sits atop a large home with wall surrounding the property & guard dog. When me or my good friend are not visiting, your welcome to rent it. The island has many great scenic areas for models or photographers. Air fare from Atlanta varies on season, but generally its about $400-$450 RT. You must have a PASSPORT as of 2007.

The rent is $300 per week, no matter the season, or how many people go with you. So if theres 4 of you, it amounts to about $75 each person ! Theres no better deal in Jamaica, trust that ! I don't do this to make money, I do it so YOU can experience the real Jamaica without spending thousands at a fancy hotel & never SEE the real Jamaica.
