Sorry again for the long delay, but there are some updates:
- Work on the first few scripts is coming along nicely, 1.01 is nearly complete
- I would like to welcome Andrew Wagstaff to the team as a Script Writer/Story Editor, unfortunately Kaled has had to resign
- A photo gallery has been added and can be seen on the Nav Bar, soon I will be adding banners and cast photos
- Due to the loss of Kaleb and with Simon Aitken working on his own project, me an J.A. Wilkinson have decided to place Stargate: Vennix on hold until we can get more Script Writers/Story Editors, so please join the crew

Sorry for the long delay, exams and work have kept us all busy. But here is a new update on our progress:
- First off, I would like to welcome J. A. Wilkinson onto the team as our Co-Producer/Executive Story Editor and Kaleb as a Script Writer/Story Editor
- The final regular character has been finalized, Autumn Reser will be playing Anara Kahn a native of Vennix and Jessica Alba will be playing Lt. Stephanie Pacino
- Next a thank you to Bratwurst of Sci-FI Meshes for allowing us to use his 'Excelsior' Model as the basis for the CS Achilles
- I would like to thank Tiletron of SGU for creating a chevron avatar for the series, this can be seen on 'The Series' page. He is also in the process of creating some banners for the website and Season 1 Regular Characters
- The writing and editing of the first episode 'Beginnings Part 1' has begun, the story is beng created by me and Simon Aitken will be writing it up in script form
- Again I must ask if anyone out there wishes to join us as Script Writers or Story Editors, all you have to do is fill in the form under 'Join The Crew' and e-mail me a sample of any previous work (dosen't have to be stargate) to bazzaboff@hotmail.com
- A new requirment amongst the crew is an experienced 3D CGI Video Artist capable of creating short video clips for advertising
- We are currently discussing the changing of certain elements of the storyline such as the location, shortening it from 700million ly to 7million ly, and the timeline, from the 2150's to the 2030's/40's. Please feel free to comment on any of the sites we have posted on or our own forums.

Well here it is, the first in what I hope will be a long line of announcements, as the ball has finally begun to roll:
- I would like to welcome the first member of the Crew, Simon Aitken, who will fill the role of Co-Producer and Head Script Writer
- The episode number for each season has been changed to 20 which has lead to an increase in the number of writers needed, we will now need another 3/4 writers, so please fill the Join The Crew form in if you are interested
- Actors for 5 of the regular characters have been decided, with a 6th one yet to be confirmed and a 7th character still on the drawing board
- We are also looking for 2 Story Editors who will write the basic treatment for an episode with enough detail for the Script Writers to write it up
