StarGate Sanctuary & Peace Mountain Lodge

One of us grew up in New York City and the other is originally from South Africa.  We knew almost nothing about Arkansas. 

Then one weekend we drove to Eureka Springs to attend a retreat.  As soon as we entered the State, we became aware of the natural beauty of the Northwest Ozarks and had a sense that this is a very special place. 

As we turned onto Mundell Road, we saw this beautiful property and instantly we knew this is where we are meant to live and to create a place of love, tranquility and healing for others.  That's where we created the StarGate Sanctuary - west of Eureka Springs.
