Welkom op de site van Stal 't Barelhof!
Stal 't Barelhof is ontstaan in 2003, genoemd naar onze moeder, Greet Van Barel. Dat was het jaar dat de merrie Bosveld's Petra voet aan wal zette bij ons. Meteen was het welgekende Welsh-virus op ons overgeslagen. Na Petra kwam dan ook de merrie Our Dream Bo, en op de Welshpony veiling te Ermelo (Nederland) werd ook de hengst Ciejan's Ruben aangekocht. Na enige tijd wilden we een andere weg inslaan door meer de Revel-gebaseerde bloedlijnen en pony's op te zoeken. Zo kwamen er pony's als Vechtzicht's Countess, Maesgwyn Saffron, Maesgwyn Shareen, Maesgwyn Hossanah en Wilcrick Celebrity op stal staan. Zo willen wij typische, sterke Welsh pony's fokken met goede bewegingen. Hopelijk bevallen de site, en vooral onze pony's U! Bij vragen of opmerkingen kan U steeds ons Gastboek tekenen. Welcome on the site of The Barelhof Stud!
The Barelhof Stud was founded in 2003, named to our mother, Greet Van Barel. This was the year that the mare Bosveld's Petra was bought. After Petra, the mare Our Dream Bo came to us, and on the Welshpony auction in Ermelo (The Netherlands) we bought the stallion Ciejan's Ruben. After a while we wanted to go into another direction by specializing into Revel-based bloodlines and ponies. That's why we purchased Vechtzicht's Countess, Maesgwyn Saffron, Maesgwyn Shareen, Maesgwyn Hossanah and Wilcrick Celebrity. In this way we want to breed typical, strong Welsh ponies with nice movements. Hopefully the site, and especially our ponies, please you!
