Consultations for $50.00
Home Staging Consultation:
All services begin with a Home Staging Consultation. A consultation involves a "walk through", starting at the front yard going throughout your home, and into your back yard. We'll make recommendations for cleaning, repairs, updating, packing and storage, and furniture rearrangement to help you showcase your house's best features.
Consultations average between $125 - $300, based on the size of your home your exact needs. These consultations typically take anywhere from 1.5 to 3.5 hours. A complete, detailed, written report can be provided. We can also provide you with personal shopping services to purchase accessory items, if needed. Full Service Staging:
Let us do it for you! We can do as little or as much as you like. If you would like to only stage one room, or a few rooms, but not your entire home, we can do this. Or perhaps you would like to do some of the work yourself and hire us to do only a part of the project - we can also work with you in this way.
Furnished Properties (Owner Occupied):
We start with a thorough evaluation that begins at the curb in front of your home. We assess your house from every angle: the view from the street, every room in your home, the patio/deck, the yard, even the closets! We take pictures and document everything before the project begins. After taking everything into consideration, the staging process starts.
Depending on what you've asked us to do we will either restyle a couple of rooms, your Main Living Areas (i.e.: Family Room/Living Room, Kitchen/Eating Area, Master Bedroom and Bath, and Office/Den) or your entire home. We complete an arrangement in the focal areas of the home to create an environment that is inviting and that encourages prospective buyers to linger in your home longer.
We focus on the architectural features and selling points of your home and not just the contents. Our primary objective is to style your house or condo to appeal to a broader market of potential buyers. Styling and design is available as a half day, full day, or complete home staging service (possibly spanning several days), If needed, we can provide accessory and furniture rentals.
Vacant Homes (Our Specialty):
Our service begins with a visit to the property to be staged in order to scope the work necessary for selling your property. We provide a detailed listing of recommended work to maximize your property's appeal to buyers.
Then, we professionally stage your property using furniture and accessories provided by STAGED RIGHT, or leased as needed, to furnish the Main Living Areas of the home. Where budgets are tight, we can provide “vignettes”, which inspire buyers to imagine how they would enjoy living in the home and using the space.
This service is the perfect solution for vacant or minimally furnished properties, which adds life and interest to an otherwise empty space. Remember, when a home is vacant, all the buyer has to focus on are walls and floors; or any other potentially negative aspects of the property, such as odd spaces that may be large or too small. As always, the seller can choose to do as much or as little as the budget affords to maximize your property selling appeal!
