Ever since the seventies Stafford has had a Rock N Roll club which was based at the Stafford Borough Social Club in Chell road. But in the early eighties this venue was closed. Since then there have been various venues, which hosted Rock N Roll nights. In 2003 a new permanent venue was found and the Stafford Rock N Roll Club was born. This new and exciting venue is based at the STAFFORD WHITE EAGLE POLISH CLUB, Riverway, Stafford. It was formed by two very exciting people JUKEBOX JOHNNY and his partner JAN. This venue is held on the last sunday of every month and will do so for a long time to come. Since the start they have tried to put on as many top bands on the circuit as is possible. Their entrance fee of Six pounds is very competitive compared to other venues. The club itself is of a good size and is a very freindly place to visit. JUKEBOX JOHHNY cateres for all the different types of music within Rock N Roll. Over the past 3 years that the club has been running it has seen a vast selection of vistitors varying from 14 all the way through to the mid seventies, and the club tries to promote its music to all who will listen. Stafford is situated in the center of the midlands so if your ever passing on a sunday night why not pop by and visit this wonderful venue. I promise you wont be disappointed.
