Hiya! my name is Dom and i live in Plymouth, Devon on the South-West coast of England  and i can often be found at various shows around the country doing what i love most . . showing off my dogs and chatting to likeminded people whom i've met over the years! people ask me if its boring or why i waste my money but hey! its my hobby! i don't drink very often or smoke and i go just as much for the chat as i do for the actual showing. there is always a good atmosphere around the stafford ring & benching area contary to belief that we're all shaven headed tattoo'd thugs. well some of us may fit that description but who's gonna argue . . . . you? lol. ive basically always had dogs growing up and used to own & work lurchers! we often would use lurcher-crosses that had stafford blood in them along the way as their tenacity & courage & loyalty is a quality not found in such high volumes in other breeds! i always promised myself i would get myself a proper "bona-fide" stafford when the time was right and here i am now approx. 8yrs after my first staffy and im still as mad about them as ever . . . if not more!! contary to some peoples beliefs i am not at all colour prejudice when it comes down to it i can see virtue in any colour as long as its present! my very first staffy was tiger brindle and my first show dog was black/brindle. I am a fairly keen amateur photographer & feel lucky to live in this part of the UK with all the natural beauty spots within easy reach of myself & the dogs & hopefully post plenty of pics of the dogs in some of our local beauty spots to reflect how lucky we are down here! I also do framed, mounted portraits of peoples pets occasionally and would be happy for people to contact me and discuss their individual needs.All images are proffesionally printed by a third party laboratory and can produce the image in several different formats  incl.mugs,   t-shirts, jigsaws & box canvases to name a few, they make great gifts please contact me for more details

HERE IS A BIT ABOUT MY DOGS UNDER THE "AFFIX" EMPERORSTAFF

I have had my own affix (EMPERORSTAFF) since i bred my first litter in december 2005 from my red bitch "brodie" (chez blurry eyed surprise at emperorstaff) L-2 HGA clear. with jackie smarts dog "oscar"(arnhem ready to rumble JW) and had a lovely litter. Brodie did me proud at open show level and even entered the odd champ show and got me hooked on the showing. and ive been lucky to meet some really nice people and make some good friends, as i mentioned before i had a really nice litter and i was lucky to find 2 show homes abroad out of the 7 pups she produced with oscar. the dog "theo" (emperorstaff red renagade) went to Norway and the bitch "jess" (emperorstaff classy lassy) went to France. I regard myself lucky to still be in contact with both their owners and regard them as friends, they mail me pictures all the time which is great as i get to see their development. i kept a bitch "amber" (emperorstaff rouge royale) who so far has done me very proud she has gained her crufts qualification from her first show and has been placed consistently throughout minor puppy so far! the best result was at paignton this year where she took best puppy in breed after only her 3rd show under judge mr paddy christie .

I shall hopefully be bringing my pups dam "brodie" back on the show scene in 2007 & hopefully i shall be making strong entries throughout 2007 with them both! I plan to wait until 2008 until i have another litter and i am gonna be spending most of 2007 with 1 eye on the dog ring to hopefully find "amber" Mr Right! I would like to think i can find a dog with all the virtues that will improve on her & in an ideal world be compatible through the pedigree aswell . . Its all about the showing for me as opposed to breeding for financial reward so im hoping the right mating will give me a quality pup to show in the future!

Just an update to add that i am very proud of "Amber" gaining her KC Stud Book Number at her first outing in "Limit" class.

I would like to thank & praise all who have given me support in my hobby & given me encouragement even through hardships & difficult times that i have had . . . You know who you are! . . .  Thanks guys from the bottom of my heart!!
