SRE Tack

SRE Tack is located at S-N-S Stables in Ashtabula, OH. We created the tack shop to give our local 4-H kids a place to get great tack & supplies at an affordable price, as well as support our horse rescue, Equine Lifeline Fund (ELF)- www.equinelifelinefund.com (see pic's below of some of our rescue success stories). We support our local 4-H club's whenever possible by donating tack & sponsoring classes at local show's.                                                         A.J. & Tyler waiting for barn judging- Fair-  8/2006.                                                         A.J. & "Doc"at Fair. 8/2006.       Our 2006 Dusty Riders 4-H club at Fair- 8/2006.      Tyler & Doc at Fair- 8/2005.Odie- 7/06- Beautiful Paint Mare that was over 300 lbs. underweight, w/ cut's & mark's, a leg injury & filthy w/ mud & manure when we got her- not anymore ! Below is Odie the day we brought her home, she was a sad sight, but enjoyed her first pan of grain & fresh hay- & we fell in love w/ her- despite her ordeal she is a sweetie ! Panda- another Paint Mare that was a rescue- she was skin & bones, had a skin infection that caused her to lose 1/2 of her hair, & was infested w/ worm's, she was left in a pasture in North Dakota in the middle of winter to die, Thanks to Deb at Dusty Trail's Ranch in ND for alerting us to Panda's situation & helping us get her here- it took almost a year for her to get healthy again but now she's a beautiful, sweet mare & everyone love's her !

Our 2 youngest son's A.J. (10) & Tyler (9) are member's of the Dusty Rider's 4-H club in Ashtabula, Ohio, our advisor is Sara Meredith. They love 4-H & have learned alot about horses & tack & everything involved w/ being a part of it, including sportsmanship & helping other's. Please check out your local 4-H org. & join the fun ! Ashtabula County Fair is August 8th- 13th, 2006, we will be there, come out & say "HI" !
