The Random Sentence of Tuesday the 17th is...

"Come on, Jack!"

Explanation: There was a show on animal planet called Pet Star and there was an old man with his dog and he threw the frisbee to his dog a kazillion times and he said, "Come on, Jack!" [it was hard to explain his voice but imagine he is talking in a playing-with-your-dog kind of mood. o ya and also he said it fast] and the dog jumped over his back [which was leaning] and caught the frisbee. All three judges gave him 10 points cuz it was also random because there was the judges: from left to right: a white guy, a lady, a black guy  and it resembled Simon, Paula, and Randy except backwards. O yeah and also they change the judges on every episode so it was funny also.
