The Site Rules

Read them carefully! Don't break these rules!!! If you do you'll be kicked off the site!

How to get kicked	Bullying, flooding, spamming, sexual content
How to be banned for a few minutes	Bullying even more, not stopping your bad behavior after a kick, or saying minor cusse, continuing to disobey rules.
How to be banned for an amount of hours	Bullying even more, cussing, threats for physical violence and things like hacking, posting inappropriate links, etc.
How to be banned forever	If people often complain about your behavior and you don't get better, you will be banned forever. People will like you and want you around if you're kind and you don't break the rules, but if you are continually mean, someone will most likely start a petition to get you banned forever. The trick to stay around and be happy is to follow the rules and be nice.

Also, don't say you can't find the hidden link to get to the join page. It is on this page. They key to find it is to read the rules without trying to find it. If you still can't find it, talk to a moderator at the Gathering page.

Notice: Those that join using Internet explorer or try to sign-in with it often experience complications. We recommend you use Firefox or Safari, so as to avoid problems with your sign up.

Overall Rules:
- No cussing. Parents monitor their kids on this site people, if a parent sees cussing they'll make their kid quit the site.
-No sexual content on public chats.
-Be respectful. No harassing or bullying, or calling people 'Noobs'.
-Do not flood. That's this: Floodedpost Says: "Awwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Basically, no more than three consecutive characters, and don't flood your name and posts with smilies.
-Don't ask Shade for updates, if you have something that needs to be updated, or added, go to the Forums and put it under "Updates That Need to be Made". Or e-mail the update to Shade at warriors.fantasy@gmail.com.
-Do not spam.
-Try and be mature.
-If you have questions, ask an experienced member or mod for assistance. That, or ask Shade.
-Dont post downloads on main without an admin looking at it first
-DO NOT ADVERTISE WHERE IT ISN'T DESIGNATED. If you want to advertise your site, go here. You will need to have our link-back on your site before we add yours.
-NO BULLYING. This is very important. We want people to be nice so no one feels victimized here!

Rules Regarding Signing Up:
-Here's a big one: NO SIGNING UP AS MULTIPLE CHARACTERS!!! To increase the power of the site, we need quantities of people on at one time. DO NOT SIGN UP MORE THAN ONCE!
-Sign up as your own gender, if you're a girl, be a she-cat if you're a boy, be a tom. Why? Well, imagine how your mate would feel if you were really the same gender as them and they'd actually grown feelings for you.
-Have perfect spelling and punctuation in your description.
-Right after you sign up, click the sidebar beneath the nav-bar and click "Register" if you haven't already.
And Quitting:
-If you're going to quit, say so in the forums at least.
-Put your description on your profile after you register for the site.

Gathering Rules:
- Kits can't have mates or kits, Apprentices can have mates but not kits, and warriors can have mates and kits.
-Xat smilies are prohibited from being in names. Occasionally in posts is fine. Smilies tend to make the chat slow up a lot.
-Only leaders and deputies are moderators on Gathering. Do not ask to be a mod if you're not a leader or deputy.

Roleplay Rules:
-No powerplaying.
-No god-modding.
-No super powers and special abilities, or making up prophecies.
-If your character dies out of some silly roleplay situation, we're not letting you make a new one.
-People will get mad at you if you are getting "attacked" or "dying" for attention. For example, if you're pretending to get attacked by a badger, we probably won't help you. By the way, the secret link is the period about to appear at the end of this sentence.
-Get to know your mate, don't be random in picking one. Also, putting "Looking for a mate" In your name makes you look like a pathetic desperate cat, which you may be, but leave yourself some pride.

Stars and Tallies:
Stars and tallies is a concept I came up with. It is a punishment and reward system. You can get WotM with enough stars, and you can buy things from the shops in the forums with them as well.
Tallies:
-You get a tally for breaking any severe rules. You can get more than one tally based on the severity of your actions.
-One tally is a 30 minute ban, 2 tallies is a one hour ban, and when you reach 5 tallies, it is a permanent ban.
-However, tallies can be taken from your record if you earn a star, except it simply takes away the tally.
Stars:
-To get stars you must contribute to the site in some way.
-You can make Warriors Encyclopedia articles, and those are 1 to 2 stars each.
-Graphics submitted for the sites graphics page count as a star. It depends on the quality of the graphics.
-Making a good suggestion to the site that is used.
-Reporting rule breaking with a screenshot for evidence gets you a star.
-Assisting new people with any problems they have with technical site matters.

So, too many tallies leads to permanent banning. And by the end of the month, the cat with the most stars is Warrior of the Month, where you get added to the wall of Fame and get rewards as well as moderatorship for a month. If you want more information, ask Shade.
