History: Back when i was a wee lad my Dad made me a spud gun from a few pieces of 1/2" steel pipe, it was shaped like a pistol and used a threaded cap on the back where there was a small hole in the top for a firecracker fuse. Man i loved that thing, it would chunk a tatter bullet way out there. I kept that thing for many years until it finally was lost during one of my moves i guess but i never forgot it. Now my Dad has been gone for a long time but my renewed interest in spud guns has been revived thanks to the internet.
