Welcome to the website of the Sprowston & Norwich Light Railway or S&NLR as it is known to its friends.

We are a G Scale garden railway. At the moment we have both steam and diesel rolling stock along with a mobern electric locomotive although we mainly run the steam locomotives. We have both modern and vintage rolling stock along with an Apline Classic Express baggage van. We also try to run our railway as near to the real thing as possible this means drivers of the locos must do obay the signals and running rules and others (if they wish) can do the hand signals although at open days we dont tend to run the railway like the real thing.

We are Sprowston Model Railway Clubs only outdoor railway. We are also a G Scale Mad railway.
