She spoke about the military occupations of the Iraq, Palestine, and Afghanistan, and the economic forces that motivate and seek to profit from it.

First Responders Against War - A talk with Meagan Barlett of "Ground Zero for Peace" at the Portsmouth UU church, Sep 7, 2004. Megan is an EMT and responded to the 9/11 attacks in NYC. She recently traveled to Afghanistan with Tom Jackson of "Joe Public Films" to build fellowship with Afghan first responders.

Bridging East and West for Peace and Understanding - A talk with Afaf Stevens on June 1, 2004. As an Iraqi-American woman and a Bah'ai, she spoke about the rich cultural heritage of the Middle East and the need for a sincere two-way dialog.

Jewish American Medical Project in Palestine - A presentation by Alice Rothschild of "the Jewish American Medical Project" at the Portsmouth UU church on Dec 7, 2004. She went to Palestine as a medical professional to provide care and gain a better understanding of life under Israeli occupation.

For the Truth - Ellen Mariani (who's husband died on 9/11) and her lawyer Phil Berg, speaking on 1/21/04 about their RICO lawsuit against the Bush administration demanding answers to their questions about what really happened on 9/11. 30 minute windows media file, 81 megs.
