Welcome to my crazy life! My name is Erika. I live in Illinois and I have a deep passion for all animals, espeically rats. I currently have 15 of the sweetest rats that you will ever meet. 
I got into rats way back in high school when I met the class pet, whom just so happened to be a PEW ratty boy. For the life of me I can't remember his name but I do remember the great impact he had on my life. Since then I have made rats a huge part of my life and I will continue to do so.
I wanted to do something that would greatly help the rat world so I decided that I am going to do some light rescue work. I especially would love little babies! If you, or anyone that you know, has a pregnant rat that there is no time or patience for send her my way! I will foster her until her babies are weaned. Once the babies are born I will do all the work of socializing those babies and getting them ready to go to their new homes! I will work as hard as I can to get the babies and mama adopted out.
