Welcome to the Livewire Cornish CD Project.

Livewire is a charity aimed at helping young people of the community get in touch with their musical side and also gives them chance to meet new people in the surrounding area.

Livewire began a Cornish CD Project in October 2007, and since then there has already been one CD produced which included bands from Livewire singing at least one line of their songs in Cornish.

Since then a group of people from Livewire have begun taking Cornish lessons in which they learn the language and have fun along the way going on trips etc.

This website has info about all the bands on the CD including lyrics for each track and band bio's including (eventually) a podcast of an interview with each band on their page.
