Digital camcorder with Night Vision
These are handy when doing an investiagtion at night. its handy to check that you have charged up your batterys the night before
Dual use meter featuring cellular phone RF radiation measurement as well as an accurate single-axis ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) Gauss meter. The meter also detects and measures the RF radiation emitted by mobile phones.
Calibrated around 835 MHz, this radiation meter will detect and measure power density expressed in milliWatts per centimetre (mW/cm2) emitted by analogue or digital as well as GSM or PCS mobile phones. Two scales. High sensitivity scale 0-1 and Normal sensitivity scale 0-10 mW/cm2. This also means that you can measure the field strength around mobile phone masts. EMF ELF Fields are No Longer a Mystery as the CellSensor easily detects and measures them.
An accurate and easy-to-use Gauss meter focused around 50-60 Hz EMF fields emitted by power lines, TVs, computer monitors and home appliances. Use of a remote probe with a 2 foot extension cord allows the user to reach any area while keeping an eye on field strength.
Two scales, 0-5 and 0-50 milliGauss with a relatively flat frequency response curve.
Infrared Thermometer
The RayTemp 3 infrared thermometer is compact, lightweight and easy to use. Simply aim, pull the trigger and display the temperature of the item being measured, in addition the LCD will display the maximum temperature. The RayTemp 3 measures temperature over the range of -60 to +500°C with an assured accuracy of ±2%/±2°C of reading in an ambient temperature of between +15°C and +25°C, with a repeatability of ±1°C of reading.
Each RayTemp 3 features a single push button, allowing the user to select °C or °F. The thermometer also incorporates laser assisted alignment as standard, to assist in pin-pointing the area of measurement. The unit incorporates an 11:1 optic ratio (target distance/diameter ratio) and a fixed emissivity of 0.97.
Torches
Allways handy to take with you when going to Cemeteries, old buildings, Towers, Houses, Ruins.
Beam Barrier Alarms
Creates an invisible beam barrier. When the beam is broken it triggers the alarm.
•20m (75ft) range
•3 mode sounder - chime, continuous chime and siren
This device is extremely simple to set up: switch on the transmitter, line up the receiver (up to 20m away) and switch them on. The receiver will sound whenever the invisible infra-red beam is broken. It can also be set to chime once or chime continuously (with volume adjustable to low, medium or high) or set to a continuous high level siren.
Two Way Radios
Two Way Radios are recommended if you decide to go into teams This way you can easily communicate with the other team.
Note Pad and Pens
It is wise to record your experiences at an investigation. With a pad and pen you no longer need to rely on the faulty human memory. A good alternative to a note pad is a compact personal recorder to save you valuable time. Time normally spent writing.
Batteries
Often batteries mysteriously lose their charge at an investigation. We recommend you bring at least one extra set of batteries for each piece of equipment that requires them.
