A Hurricane is a wooden-stocked semi-automatic rifle created by Palmer's Pursuit Shop to perform like their Typhoon marker. The base gun is either a Sheridan K-series marker (K-2, KP2, or KP3), or a Sheridan Blue-Streak Pellet gun (same stock and trigger group, different barrel). Here's how it works:
1) First, you start with a K-series or Blue Streak rifle:

2) Next, you send it to Palmer's Pursuit Shop for the converion! Usually, the people converting the rifle will refinish the stock and send it in all at once to be converted, but you can also refinish the wooden stock after it's done. The standard conversion includes a matte nickel finish and semi-auto operation. Here is an exploded view with all the necessary parts shown:

3) Here are some photos of unfinished Hurricanes. You can see the unique trigger assembly and the raw tube assembly of this Nasty Hurricane (Nasty denotes double barrel):

4) Here is the first Hurricane EVER created. Glenn Palmer named it Camille, and unfortunately, the original was stolen (probably by another company), and never recovered. Glenn said that Camille "was a real piece-meal hack job, but it worked and shot like a champ":

Now that you've seen how the Hurricane is created, let's look at some custom jobs. As Palmer's Pursuit's logo states, this shop is "where custom still means something."

These first two Hurricanes are fairly standard jobs, they both have black Sheridan muzzle breaks, one has a Palmer Stabilizer, and one has the standard mount.

You can also get custom engraving on the wood and metal parts of any gun, as seen here with the 'Woodsball' and "Got Wood" logo, both with an inset Palmer's logo (very cool).

Ever seen an AK47 paintball gun? These things are called HurrAKanes.

How about some "Pirate" style Hurricanes? The one on the right is even springfeed, no hopper attachment!

These Hurcs have Black Powdercoating, since you can't anodize brass. This powdercoat goes right over the matte nickel finish.

This is the same Hurricane, it just goes to show what some stock refinishing can do!

A Hurricane, A Typhoon, and A Painter all in one! 3 feed types (Direct, Spring, and Stock Class) plus semi-auto and pump operation, expensive!

Bring on the Nasties! Double barrel, and double the paint! These things eat gas and newbies alike!

These are custom Hurricanes. On the left, Radamanthus. On the right, a Sniper with bipod, scope, Q-loader, and trigger crank.
