Windows XP, ME, or 2000:
1. From the Start button, lower left of your screen, click on run.
2. The window that opens should say cmd. If it doesn't type those three characters into the window.
3. Hit Enter. A new window will open.
4. Type this exactly as shown: ipconfig /flushdns
5. Hit Enter. Wait a few seconds for a confirmation message, then close the window.
6. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.



Windows Vista:
1. Click the Microsoft Vista Start logo in the bottom left corner of the screen
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. RIGHT-click on Command Prompt
5. Select Run As Administrator
6. In the command window type the following and then hit Enter: ipconfig /flushdns
7. You will see the following confirmation:

Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
8. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.


Mac OS X:
1. In the Finder under the Go menu, click on Utilities.
2. In the window that opens, double-click on Terminal.
3. In the window that opens, wait a moment for the cursor to appear.
4. Type this exactly as shown: dscacheutil -flushcache
5. Hit Enter. When the command line returns, you can quit Terminal. 6. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.


Linux:
1. In the terminal, type the following exactly as shown: /etc/rc.d/init.d/nscd restart
2. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.
