Windows Vista:
1. Click the Microsoft Vista Start logo in the bottom left corner of the screen
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. RIGHT-click on Command Prompt
5. Select Run As Administrator
6. In the command window type the following and then hit Enter: ipconfig /flushdns
7. You will see the following confirmation:
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
8. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.
Mac OS X:
1. In the Finder under the Go menu, click on Utilities.
2. In the window that opens, double-click on Terminal.
3. In the window that opens, wait a moment for the cursor to appear.
4. Type this exactly as shown: dscacheutil -flushcache
5. Hit Enter. When the command line returns, you can quit Terminal. 6. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.
Linux:
1. In the terminal, type the following exactly as shown: /etc/rc.d/init.d/nscd restart
2. Try to sign on to Yuku as usual.
