The Wheel of the Year; The Seasonal Sabbats
Sabbats are like our witchy holidays! Being of the Earth religions, they are based around the seasons. The sabbats are shown above. (In the Wheel of the Year) Typically sabbats are more of a celebration! We also have equinoxes! (Which are more like a ceremony.) Those revolve around the moon phases, we can hold rituals when the moon is full, new, ect.
The next Sabbat is...
Mabon (Fall Equinox)
It happens September 23rd this year. (Another source I have says this sabbat occurs on Sept. 21st every year.)
This is the second harvest festival. Night and Day are equal again. It's getting colder.. The God is growing tired.. Now.. for celebrating! Candle colors should be.. You guessed it! Fall colors! Browns, Reds, Oranges, & Golds! Some other things associated with Mabon.. Grapes, Blackberries, Cedar, and Patchouli. Some Traditions.. Drinking Home-Brewed Wine, Sharing. Silver RavenWolf suggests collecting the colored leaves, Quickly dipping them in melted paraffin, then setting them on wax paper to dry. Later to inscribe some special symbol of protection on some or all of the leaves.

Lughnasadh (or Lammas)
It is the first of the three harvest festivals! It happens August 1st! The God is starting to weaken.. Some traditions are baking bread and making corn dollies!

Beltane
It happens May 1st!
The God is growing up since Ostara when he was just waking up! He and the Goddess get married! Together they make the Earh more bountiful for Beltane, the first festival of summer.
Things to symbolize Beltane can be flowers, faeries, ect.
Bonfires you can light on Beltane that burn all through the night. For the adults, sex seeing as the God & Goddess are married it's no surprise this is something to do on Beltane. The most popular thing to do on Beltane would be Dancing Around The May Pole! The men dance one way and the woman the other. While holding ribbons tied around the pole.

Happens March 20th. It's for the first sighn of spring. It's time for the earth to rub the sand out of her eyes and wake up! It's time for the sun to wake up to and get warm! So get those rituals ready! Coloring eggs is a ritual you could do!
