Once you contact me for a price quote, I will deliver that quote to you within 3 business days via email. If you are satisfied with the quote, I will send you a contract and we can begin working together to create the look you desire. I offer unlimited revisions on all material, as I strive for your satisfaction.
I require a non-refundable down payment of 1/2 of the total price quote before beginning any designs or materials that you are needing.
Spectrum Designs is the sole owner of all material until paid for in full.
