Custom boxes are created to specifically suit the customer.  Often trunk space or cab space (trucks) is limited within the vehicle.  Below are some sample projects which have been custom designed to customer specifications.  Boxes may be designed as sealed or ported.  They are also created to satisfy the volume specifications of the particular subwoofer/ speaker being installed.  Pricing for custom boxes are determined upon negotiation of the job.  However, Nick's welcomes all email inquiries for price estimates.

Below is a pic of a subwoofer box I made for a Cavalier.  I created it to match the voulume specifications of the Infinity 10" subs in a ported box.  You'll notice that the rear of the box tapers to the back of the rear seats.  Trunk space in Cavaliers/Sunfires are rather limited compared to other vehicles.  The trunk opens and closes without a problem. (Note: amp was installed by owner of the vehicle)

Currently being finished, this box is being contructed for a customer who is seeking a 2.65 cubic foot ported box.  This box is being designed specific to an Audiobahn 15" model number: AW1571SE.  (Feb 17 2006).  Though it is not visually appealing, the white on the box is MONO silicon sealant.  The terminal plate hole was drilled after this pic was taken.
