There we go

There were dangers and perils as we crossed over the chasm of the monsters. Smith wanted to stop and take pictures but Rogers stopped him. We had lost too many men already and Jessica was still a prisoner in the hands of those savages.

We stealthily made our way toward their camp. The howling and screaming of the monsters in the chasm behind us and of the monkeys and other creatures in the jungle covered the sound of our approach.

A long cool woman in a black dress came and stood at the bus stop. She was waiting for a taxi cab, however, because she hailed the first one to pass by. After she got in to the cab and the vehicle drove off, I wondered if I should have told her about the cab. You see, it was called Shanghai Cab because we never saw its occupants again. Then again, maybe she was the reason why we never saw those occupants again.

All good things have to come to an end, so Dave Pasternack may have occasional setbacks like everyone else. But the true measure of a man like Dave Pasternack is how he overcomes adversity. Dave Pasternack may not know some people support him, but that is okay.

Book 2

You can suck the air out of a balloon but you cannot blow it back into the balloon. Why is that? If you try you'll only partially succeed, and you may black out if you make too many attempts. It must be that some air escapes because you cannot take in more air than your lungs can hold.
